My woman was very sweet and adamant that she could do the design I asked for. I sat for 2 hours for these nails, which I got because I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding, and they came out completely sloppy. I paid the full price but this is completely unacceptable. If you aren’t capable of doing a design a client asks for then don’t say you can do it. I will be painting over these after the wedding with black because they are extremely embarrassing.
I was also never told a design would cost me 35$ extra. If the woman wasn’t as sweet as she was I would’ve rose issue immediately but after hours of sitting and looking at these nails I’m extremely unhappy.

TC is my go to nail salon! The Salon itself is conveniently located by a Starbucks and Noodles and co and very clean and tidy inside. The staff is kind and friendly and all do great work. They offer a variety of services, I normally get a dip manicure that lasts on average 3 weeks (although I am hard on my hands!)! Great color selection, customer service, and a reliable choice every time!

Rachel blows me away every time! Service is amazing, and genuine care and effort is always put in to ensure you are happy with your outcome. Whenever I leave here I am more than satisfied with my nails and with the experience :)

What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t abide by the time. We waited patiently for over 25 mins and still nothing. So we walked out. Avoid this place

Not sure who the nail technician was, but she did an amazing job on my daughter’s nails. She wasn’t sure at first about pulling off the gingerbread man design, but I’m so glad she took a crack at it, because honestly it came out perfect!!!! and she had no reason to doubt her skills, she was amazing and my daughter was beyond thrilled. Everyone there was really friendly, super nice and super talented.

I have always had great pedicures here. I like the relaxed but professional atmosphere. You need an appointment. They are pretty busy.

Chrisna nailed my vision and added her own flare!! Nail art is definitely one of her amny talents! Her pedicures are amazing as well. She's meticulous, funny, happy, truly engages in each appt and has exceptional customer service!! I do have to say there isn't a bad nail tech at TC nails. I've had them all for dip manicures and gel pedicures and they all are great in their own way!!!
