I called Susan with a bit of a wet-lake-dog emergency. Even though it was the end of the day she was able to squeeze us in and give my Husky a thorough professional bath. I'd recommend Susan for her flexibility and professionalism.

She shaved my 10 year old peekapoo mix around the butt and groin right down to the skin and we had a very uncomfortable night as a result. She nicked the lipoma on his leg, which I pointed out, prior to grooming and then sent him home wet after 3 hours. He is also very arthritic and came home limping. The grooming accommodations are very dirty with several small dogs around, one which went after my dog. I won't be taking my dog back there and wouldn't recommend it.

Susan does a great job grooming Clyde, our Scottish terrier. She takes time with him to make sure his experience is positive. He always comes home looking neat and trim and smelling wonderful!

She was so kind and very patient with my persian Patricia. Very helpful and Tricia did great with her nail trim and slight haircut. Definately will go back to her. Rita (aka Frankie, my cat)
