I can only say this is terrible; they don't assist the customer, just aim to sell you the most expensive plans and products for their commissions. They don't care about what you really want. They are unreliable and might even lie just to get you to pay. I don't recommend it; go to another T-Mobile store and don't waste your time and money at this location. 0 stars; I think one is too generous.

Hello, we went to the store at 10am and saw a handwritten sign that said “at meeting will re-open at 11:30am.” We waited until 11:47pm to go back to the store. The handwritten sign had been removed but the door was still locked. I saw a woman working at the desk and we briefly made eye contact but she ducked behind her computer. I tried to wave and knock a couple of times to ask for an explanation. She didn’t acknowledge me at all and very deliberately ignored us. Is this because of our racial profile? We felt so dehumanized to not even be acknowledged. We waited at the store till 12am where the employee kept ignoring us. I am a mother and have a baby that needs to go back to. My time is valuable too. If possible I’d like an explanation. Thank you

Repeatedly, three separate times terrible customer service from Lynette, no eye contact, rude, impatient, hostile. No people skills. Should not be dealing with the public.

Diana and Justin were awesome today. I went in with questions and let them know it would not be a sale due to needing an unlocked phone. Instead of just answering my questions and moving on, they took the time to explain options that would best suit my unique needs in a phone. Despite knowing they would not make a commission with me,, they gave me one on one care that really helped me narrow down what i need.I will definitely be sending business their way due to their kindness, knowledge and professionalism.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve been in twice and the two women working literally send everyone away saying they can’t help the customers. I had a return that the paperwork from T-Mobile said I could bring it in the store and they said they couldn’t help me. Rude and awful! Avoid this store!

Drove here to get help with my phone at 4:30. Website said it was open. Doors were locked. Hours say open until 8:00. No sign on the door. A wasted trip.

I was waiting 15 minutes before they opened. I went in for help and they said that there computer isn't working, why don't they check if there computer works before opening?
