Outrageous. Since recently moving, I have had to get in touch with Spectrum no less than TEN times via chat, phone calls or visits to this particular store where no one seems to have a clue what they are doing. One mistake after the other has been made regarding equipment sent, returned, and now my latest billing statement with the whopping charge of $381. How on earth can I possibly owe that much when last month's bill was already paid? They don't have to wonder why so many people are switching to other services which I definitely plan on doing after this latest mess.

This review isn’t a reflection of this store but rather my experience with spectrum while I lived in Madison. My monthly fee was continuously increased and sometimes I would receive random bills that they for services months prior (already paid). My internet speed was nowhere near what I was paying for and the price overall was just atrocious compared to my new services. When I called I was gaslit lol like told the charges never went through even though they were withdrew from my bank or that the speed test I ran and reran numerous times was wrong & theirs was correct. My conversations with the support line were more headache than helpful. The final straw was when I stopped receiving all email notifications from them abt statements, I called.. & they said I needed to get my gmail fixed because it wasn’t their fault.

Not necessarily a reflection of this store location, which I don't recall having significant issues with. But my internet stability in Belleville has been atrocious over the past three summers. This is very annoying and problematic when I work from home and drop off important calls randomly way too often due to my internet going down. Several times per week, I need to connect to my phone's wireless hotspot, which Spectrum unfortunately throttles down to an unusable speed after I've used 2gb. If Spectrum could make my internet reliable, I'd be fully happy with the company.

A whole lot better experience here than on East side. East side was rude and no help. I would recommend fish hatchery location

Long lines and waiting both times I stopped. It must have been rush hour. Glad I was able to return my router, etc. next door at the UPS instead or I probably would have been there an hour or more. Rather disappointed in Spectrum internet prices so I dropped them when it was moving time. Also, they charge an installation/tranfer fee to take the same router, etc to my new place and the price of the internet was going way up after my initial year. Finally, I'm super annoyed that I wasn't told that I should drop it before the cycle because they don't prorate the month so I basically lost an additional $60 to this company. They don't know how to keep customers happy that's for sure.

It seems as if customer service is being paid for the sole purpose of gaslighting customers. You’re better off using a mobile hotspot than dealing with Spectrum for internet. They increased my bill by removing a promotional discount from my account that was not set to expire until 2026 and then repeatedly lie to me about it when contacted.

I thought paying over 100 a month for TV was bad. Lets make it worse by making you pay for not having cable. New low for any company I've done business with Despicable!

Phone number listed for the store is incorrect and the fact that you need to make an appointment to drop off old equipment is absurdly stupid
