You get what you pay for. However, the management style to create a nice place to exercise failed to offer pleasant experience. The place is outdated. Many times and often amenities are out of order: steam room, hot tubs, drinking fountains, tanning bed (for over a year now), bathrooms are half functions and list goes on. You can’t blame all of that on short supplies. Supplies are plenty and available. The options can be appreciate though despite bad management: outdoor seasonal swim pool, indoor full size swimming pool and warm pool, hot tub, sauna and swarm room, showers, lockers. Smoothies, protein bars are offered and quite tasty.

Has everything I want in a gym. Meets my requirements for equipment, cleanliness, and business. Sure, I wish I paid less, but I was specifically looking for a sauna when deciding. Both locations have a sauna but the Fitchburg one is larger and very nice. Additionally, both indoor and outdoor pools are very nice.I don't believe that towel service should cost extra, so I bring my own. I have never taken any classes at either location (I'm sure they are good, just not interested).

Nice comprehensive club with weights, cardio equipment, pool, classes, etc. Staff are nice. Lots of different pricing options. When I last saw it, it was starting to look run down though.

not disability friendly. staff is not helpful at all. They do not care about disabled folks here, definitely try another gym if you are disabled, injured, or have any kind of health conditions, because they dont want you here and will NOT help you.

I use to enjoy going to this gym unfortunately it has really gone down hill. The cleanliness and time it takes them to fix items you expect to be available is simply unacceptable. You pay a fair price and in turn you do not get the gym you should. Someone really should explain to them what a contract really is. You pay for what is advertised not what little effort they are willing to put forth. It is best to find another place to signup with. If you are looking for a Sauna, Spa area, pool areas, locker room, shower area are all in poor condition. It is really sad to see the state they have allowed this once really nice gym come to this.

For a club that considers itself to be a premium health club, it needs a lot of work. It's not especially clean, and is dingy and worn out looking. Also, no lifeguards. And, if you enjoy group pool exercise classes, you can expect to be treated as a second-class member in favor of lap swimmers. I've never been yelled at and kicked out to give a lane to a lap swimmer -- until Pinnacle. The outdoor pool is nice-ish.

Locker room, whirlpools and sauna are old considering the price of membership.Staff is incredibly friendly, and the equipment is above average.

The warm water pool is such a valuable resource. Allows exercise that I couldn't do otherwise. It's always clean and the staff always welcoming. Priceless.
