My registration process was friendly, smooth and seamless. The testing with eye technician was just so-so. She didn’t seem happy, had very poor eye contact and only gave short and concise instructions, which were a bit difficult to understand under her murder and accent. The experience with the optometrist was just ok. She seems very scripted which makes you feel like you are just moving throw a conveyor belt. I waived the retinol imaging ($30) upon registration and had to ask the optometrist whether she was going to dilate my eyes, only to be told that images had already been taken. I shared that I had opted to not do the images. She came back and told me that I could either pay the $30 and keep the uploaded images (I couldn’t figure out how that could be when I didn’t have any pics taken) or she’d delete the pics and dilate my eyes. Based on how the am experience was going, I agreed to just pay the $30 and be on my way. The kind receptionist was busy so the eye tech came out to process my paperwork and payment. Now- she rang me up as just the $10 copay so I asked again about the retinol images. She told me I didn’t have any done (which is what I had thought all along) and went back to talk to the optometrist. Back out again, to send me back to be dilated. Drops in and back out to now pay and finish the paperwork. And again back to the exam room for the exam. All in all, some of the staff seem less than thrilled to be at their job and there is a bit of confusion likely due to poor communication and customer service/investment. Been going here for 4-5 years but may need to find a new place that is a bit more engaging.

I have used Midline Vision for a few years now, and had multiple optometrist. Each of the optometrist were very nice and helpful. I would recommend using Midline for your eye care. The optometrist were knowledgeable on the testing and help identify any needs or concerns.

I made an appointment for an eye exam but ended up not taking it. They would have charged $267 for an exam just so that I can get new contacts. Ridiculous!I appreciated the ability to book an appointment online, but I refuse to pay 3x of what others charge for a simple exam / what I have paid in the past for a simple exam just to have my prescriptions.

ATTENTION INTROVERTS: The perfect experience! So, this is a bit of a unique review because I've literally NEVER BEEN IN THE STORE which is actually fabulous! I called to ask for information about ordering contacts through them several years ago. They checked my insurance and accepted it, which helps the cost significantly. I was able to email them a prescription and then it was just a quick conversation on the phone, a credit card to cover the balance, and voila! Contacts in less than two weeks. EASY! I've done it almost every year since then, which I wanna say is about 4 years. Comparatively, this previous time I ordered through our eye doctor's office at our clinic thinking it would be easier as it was more direct. WRONG. It took FOREVER to get them which wasn't truly their fault because it was a manufacturing shortage at the supplier's end. So, maybe unfair of me but still. Never had any issues with Pearle. Needless to say I'm back and will forever do it this way. Fast and easy ordering, excellent customer service, fast delivery straight to my house. AMAZING. 10/10 Would recommend!

This was my second annual eye exam. The first time I got retina images and this last time I agreed to have my eyes dilated. It was quick and thorough. Dr. Parsons is the best!
