“Have purchased a u-shaped desk and chair for Madison. Kyle Kinney was my customer service rep and he walked through the process and made sure after I ordered these products that my order was submitted correctly, and he kept track of my order. He has answered all my questions that I had and made it a great experience. My ordered was delivered while I was on vacation and when I returned back to work the desk was in warehouse waiting on further instructions. So, I cannot advise on the delivery, but we did receive the desk and chair on time as advised.Since then, I have again contacted Kyle and just placed a new order for another desk that will be here next week. I just received a tracking order update.This has been a great experience for me and if my bosses need any more desks, I will definitely buy another one from Kyle.”

4016 E Washington Ave, Madison“I'm a huge fan of supporting small businesses, but after calling all the ones who would carry this item, and finding none, I ended up calling Office Depot. I saw online that they had the calendar that I wanted, after forgetting to buy one earlier in the season. The man who answered the phone was friendly and was happy to hold one at the register for me to pick up that evening. When I arrived, the store was clean, pleasant music playing, and mostly empty, which during a pandemic is a very good thing. Not so good for them probably but good for me. Everyone was masked, there was plentiful signage about masking and sanitizing. The cashier greeted me and asked if she could help right away.I explained what I had come for and she had it right there for me. Not the usual experience at a big box store! Because I had some time to kill I wandered the aisles, and found a couple more things I could use. I really appreciated their efforts to get me just what I wanted very easily and pleasantly.”
