Not a client, but found myself with a closed vet, and a kitty that needed meds. I called because they were open. The receptionist wasn't able to help due to legitimate pharmacy rules, but she was able to tell me where I could try. She was so professional and helpful. Thank you Sophie! Really appreciated the care and customer service!

My pup got an ear infection, they were not my primary vet, I couldn’t get my pups into their primary. However, they got me in the next day. I had another complication I called and they got me in the same day! Super nice people! There hours are very good for my schedule!!! They have late hours and are open Saturday. When your pup is sick and they get you in right away it takes so much stress off your shoulders!!! I honestly am so grateful for their flexibility in my last minute issues!!!! Would highly recommend!

Been going to Odyssey for 3 years now and have never written a review, not sure why.
Love this place, love the staff from receptionist, CVT, & the doctors. Every visit they make sure to spend time not just with your pet but you as well. Answering all questions/concerns you have - always engaging. Appointment scheduling always easy. I never see the same vet when I go in but that doesn’t bother me because they all take such good care of my dog and now my second as well.

I've been taking my dog Rosie to Odyssey for 2 yrs now. They are always able to get me in quickly. She has been seen by most of the vets in the practice for recurrent ear infections, and they are all wonderful (particularly in light of the fact that Rosie is quite uncooperative). We are also working through allergy issues and weight management, and I'm so pleased with their expertise and the amount of time they spend talking with me on every visit. Love Odyssey!

I cannot believe it’s taken me this long to write a review. Odyssey is by far the best clinic I have ever taken my dogs to. Every exam is comprehensive, every doctor we have seen has discussed all options for care and their pros and cons, and has answered all of my “crazy dog mom” questions with patience and thoroughness. Chelsea at the front is awesome, she remembered my boy after meeting him once (she calls him Shiloh of the soft ears). My female is fearful, and due to an ongoing eye issue has been to many different vets. This is the only place we’ve gone that I don’t have to carry her in and she doesn’t have to be dragged back. I know she does well and they take great care of her because she is happy and social when they bring her back to me, and she doesn’t start vibrating when we pull into the parking lot, or while we’re waiting to be seen. (She can’t be examined with me present, or she brings teeth into the equation ). Any time I have emailed or texted them I have received a response within a day, and usually it’s within a few hours. I cannot say enough good things about Odyssey. I recommend them to everyone. I love Odyssey because my dogs love Odyssey. 10/5 stars.

We recently had a kitty and Odyssey help us through end-of-life care. They worked with us to tend to our pet at home, attempting to minimize her stress. They gave us tips to try to make her more comfortable which was very helpful.
Like most health care, they seem a little stretched and routine interactions need to be scheduled a little out. But the vet was usually able to respond to questions within a day. They've been helpful for us.

I have always had a great experience here for over 20 years. However, in the last six months, the staff has become inconsistent, rude, insensitive, slow, and incompetent. It's been quite a disappointment. Thankfully, the technicians and vet are still kind and competent. The front-of-house service has noticeably declined since the change in ownership:
