This was the WORST customer experience. I came here to change my dad’s device and keep his metro line. The person there who was a male told me that the process that I did online was not complete and that they needed to charge me again, I was not happy but I understood, cool. Then he ask me for the pin and the security questions, I gave him that and he said it was incorrect, he was unable to help me, he told me that he could help me to change the pin but that my services were cancel, I was so confused since we never authorized that, he was unable to do anything and I really think that he did not want to help us. WE WERE SO DONE with this store, so we went to the METRO STORE At 1330C S Midvale Blvd, Madison, WI 53711, JAKE there was amazing, I gave him the same information, pin, the answer to the security question and he go it in less that 1 minute, he was able to help me, he also confirmed that the services were not cancel, we even ask him if the card was active and ready to be charge when the guy in Fitchburg (this store when I leaving the review) said that we won’t be charge since the services were cancel. So to resume: DO NOT HO HERE, they are HORRIBLE.

On Sunday the 4th I arrived because I needed three phone lines but the cashier wanted to scam me. I arrived around 12 noon and I liked the A15 cell phone. Previously with the plan I had gotten it for $90 and something but that day she gave it to me. I wanted to give $187, which if I bought three it was done.
