It took several calls and trips for them to patch a chip in the countertop they installed. Ultimately they fixed it, but it should've been done right at the time of install.

I hired Edge construction to remodel my kitchen and they use Luxi stone as a subcontractor for countertops. I say run it was a horrible experience.First set of granite was broken prior to arrival.Second set was broken during fabrication.Third set was shown to me and I voiced my concerns that the new stone would not flow well.I asked during multiple meetings that the seam be placed at the sink and was told that is not how granite is installed as it’s a weak point.Installed and as you can see the flow doesn’t match. Its uneven I had chips and sections that were not smooth. Every corner was fabricated slightly different. It was bad.To top it off when they “fixed” said issue it didn’t look any better.The countertop looked nothing like the sample I selected. I picked out a lighter stone and was given a very dark stone.They also left my house a mess and left garbage on my porch and all over kitchen.I was informed I didn’t know anything about Granite as its normal for it to be uneven and all light countertop will have a shown seam.****Well, I went to Midwest Rocktop at 3225 Kingsley Way, Madison, WI 53713 and was able to get the light stone I originally ordered with really fast install and you don’t notice the seam at all. ****

Very satisfied with the all around experience with Lexi Stone from the ordering, to the measuring and the installation. The installation personnel were very detailed and completed a somewhat difficult installation to perfection. Turn around time on the project was excellent.

We went with Luxi Stone for our new kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities, and are so glad we did! The available granite in their showroom was unique and different from other stores we visited, and they really focused on quality rather than quantity on everything - from their sales to selection to service. We enjoyed working with Susan throughout the process - when we showed her our kitchen cabinet colors and asked for her thoughts, she thoughtfully asked about the style of the rest of our house and then straightaway recommended one particular granite type. It ended up being our top pick among all the stores we visited and not only does it looks beautiful in our kitchen, but it truly fits in with the rest of our house. The guys who came to measure and install were on time, professional, personable, and did a great job educating us on the process. One of the installers missed sealing a corner of a sink in one of our bathrooms on install day and they quickly came back to resolve it at no charge, and even looked over the other sealing jobs to double check their work before they left. We recommended them to our brother and sister-in-law who also went with Luxi Stone for their kitchen remodel as well. Highly recommend!

Had exceptional customer service throughout the process and beautiful a product at the end! They were great at helping us find something to fit our needs and through the whole process had great communication. This was our second time using Luxistone and we had great experiences both times.

We had a wonderful experience working with Luxi Stone! Ava helped us find the perfect granite for our kitchen. The turnaround from the slab coming in to the installation was surprisingly quick and the guys who did the installation were great and upbeat, in spite of having to schlep granite up stairs to a second floor kitchen. Would definitely work with Luxi Stone again!

Absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! We are elated with our quartz counters and the experience we had with Luxi Stone. They were incredibly transparent in their pricing, selection, and process, which as a small business owner myself I greatly appreciate. They got our counters installed only a couple weeks after we selected them. Fantastic business!

These guys are the best!! I am so impressed with their how easy they were to work with!! I can't take calls at work, so Natalie worked with me and we hammered out most details via email. They have such a wide range of prices from affordable to luxury, all beautiful!! I will be selling my house in the next couple years, so I didnt want to put a lot of money into rhe counters, but i still wanted them to be nice! Natalie understood and was so helpful in picking out our counters! And she was nothing but nice when I became indecisive! And when they came out to measure before they cut the stone, the guy was so nice!! I was so impressed by him!! He removed his shoes at the door without being asked! I dont require or ask people to do that, so I thought that was very thoughtful! These guys are the best!! We added an island and we thinking of removing the butcher block that came with it and adding granite, we will definitely be using Luxi Stone!!
