This was my 2nd time using Klinke .The first time I brought in a baptismal gown and mentioned there was a small stain. When I went to pick up the stain was still there. They didn’t know the stain was even there so they asked if they could try again. Went a 2nd time same situation. Finally on the 3rd time coming back they were able to get it cleaned.The 2nd time I dropped off 2 winter coats. I picked up and took home. There was no mention that they attempted to get out the stains on both and had failed, but there was a piece of paper attached saying that they could try again, I was already home. Neither coat look like it had been dry cleaned. ??♀️ So frustrating!Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I have been there for a month or more and I really like this place, they are fast and attentive to things and my clothes came out in the best quality I give it 5 stars and the receptionist answers quickly ? ??

Dropped off shirt for laundering and a two-piece suit on 06/05/2023 at 1:43 PM. I was met by THE most unfriendly woman I have ever encountered in customer service. I felt horrible for inconveniencing her with my business. If I had a few more days, I would have found a site for Lake Mills Cleaners, which I will do in the future. I walked in friendly, with a "helloooo," and walked out with a scowl on my face. Terrible experience.Service: Laundry wash & fold

Brought my suit in, which I absolutely had to have back by the next day. They did an excellent job of cleaning and had it back to me by 4pm the very same day I brought it in. Highly recommended!

Don’t know who said they were friendly are out of there mind. And they are expensive as all get out. Gotta find a friendly, dry cleaner that is not greedy.

Update: They lost multiple items from my family. Most important to me, they lost the vest which I was married in. I will never be able to get that vest, which holds a special place to me. In addition, they had lost my wife's Shacket.They did send us checks for the costs of these items in which they lost. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3.

Recently we have experienced multiple lost items from this store. On a call today I was told it's impossible for them to lose items, proven wrong. They lost a $140 jacket of my wife and now I'm being told they don't have my suit separate vest, the one I was married in. The gentlemen said if I care to call corporate.... Bad company doing poor customer service.

I called with a rather urgent situation, and Robin helped me immensely!! She was professional, kind and so very helpful, while other cleaners today were not helpful, or, unavailable to answer the phone. This location will be my new "go to" for dry cleaning needs! PS - I will be driving out of my way to get there, but Robin made my "emergency" her concern and helped me out!! What a great customer service person this location has!!

Unfortunately I have to write that this cleaners has really disappointed me in their service. I went there to drop off a few dress shirts and two suits I use for my job. I picked them up a couple days later and I found the shirts not cleaned properly in the spots I told them to spot clean. Also, one of my suit pants has been damaged with two holes in the pants that were not there previously. I'm highly disappointed for I was recommended this cleaners and the location. Yet, I have been thoroughly let down and now have a damaged suit pants that I'll likely not be able to wear again, prompting me to get another suit. When I brought the attention to the improperly cleaned shirts they said there was nothing they could do but try again. I called about the suit pants because I just found them when I got home and haven't received a response yet. I am not sure if this is common that they damage clothes, not fully clean shirts etc. However, it's quite unfortunate that I have to write this review about how let down I was from this service.

Girlfriend went to get dry cleaned under the impression the price was $2.50 per pound - staff didn't correct her and now stuck with a $158 bill - the justification was "sorry we don't list prices online" that's a horrible justification. True we should have assumed the price of 2.50 wasn't for dry cleaning but still woefully unprofessional. If you aren't going to list prices you should at least explain to someone their assumption is wrong and give some sort of rough estimate.
