It was a little bumpy when I first started here, but that has been all straightened out now. The main issue is that they don’t always have everything in stock so they have to order it in. Since I started ordering my refills the day before picking them up, I haven’t had any issues.

I switched to Hyvee pharmacy in Fitchburg a couple of years back. The staff is great. Always pleasant and helpful.

Lousy customer service and a total lack of Caring . I am hoping that with more time and training they can improve.
