Hard to get help when you need it. Mice and spiders all over our unit . Have rented this space for about 5 years. Today lock from storage owners doesn’t work and when I called it is an outsourced company and no one could help us. Now here we sit in front of our unit without any help to keep our items safe ?
Update: owner did call me and tried to help but unfortunately he was out of town. Still hoping to get the lock fixed soon.

Brent and Debbie are awesome! Super simple process, with transparent prices. Could view what units are available with pricing and book an open unit or add yourself to a waiting list all online. Took me less than 5 minutes from opening the website to having a unit!Brent is also very responsive and will help you with any questions you have.Overall, great local business with awesome service and the best prices in town. 10/10

I had a good experience with Mammoth Self Storage. They had fair prices and a very easy rental process. It was completely online and making payments was very easy as well. The unit itself was clean and in good condition. The person I spoke to on the phone about cancelling was very friendly as well.

I got a small storage unit over a year ago for extra space during a recent move. Never had any issues with the unit or things in it. They were reasonably priced and easy to pay online. If we ever need extra storage space again we would definitely go though here again!

I spoke to an agent over the phone to reserve a unit. Called the next day to make payment for unit, and was told there was a one month deposit in addition to pro-rated current month. First agent I spoke with said I would only pay pro-rated month. Clear misinformation or a bait and switch.

Highly recommend. Mammoth provided access shortly after booking. There was a minor problem upon arrival and Brent personally took care of it in a matter of minutes. Would rent from them again.
