I was pretty sure I needed a new car battery so I went in to schedule service. Marley got me in later the same day and I was on my way 45 minutes later ! That's amazing service. My 3rd time going there and each time I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied with the experience.

I think they did a great job getting me scheduled quickly and efficiently. They found the tires I wanted and got them shipped in a day. I don't have anything else but tires done here so I can't speak to their other services. Otherwise fantastic service as usual.

The work got done but it took multiple broken commitments and some suspicious practices along the way.After a couple appointments to get an inspection done, I brought my car in and left it for the day (a non-trivial inconvenience involving ride arrangements, as they don't do loaner cars) and was told it would be done by EOD... but nothing was done at all that day. I picked up my car in the evening and made another appointment with the assurance that it wouldn't happen again, and they would give me a significant discount to make up for it.Left my car again the following week (involving more ride arrangements). This time it was completed by EOD, but not only was the promised discount not applied or offered, but the price tag came in slightly *over* the quoted estimate (which is hard to prove as, conveniently, I was never sent that estimate in a work order).I also haven't gotten the survey email that was supposedly sent. Wonder why.ADDED 11/15: Had to come back and downgrade my initial rating.I initially gave two stars because at least the work got done, but ever since then I've had a bad rattle coming from the area they worked on that wasn't there before, so now the work itself is a problem too.On top of that, after they replied to this review (below), I followed up with them via email as they suggested, with not only the requested information but also the addition that I had new problems with the work.Two weeks later, I still haven't heard back from them. And my car is still having problems, which I guess I'll now take somewhere else to fix.So much for taking negative experiences "very seriously."

Awful I took my GOV vehicle for brake change, they changed shocks, brakes, disks, wipers. I pick up the vehicle once was completed and noticed the vehicle was making a noice so I took it in again and was told they had to diagnose the vehicle. My vehicle stay at their shop for a month an a half according to Firestone personal I was told they replace ball joints, axles and I don't know what else they did to it. Someone needs to do something, Thieves they need to go to prison for their actions.

Took my bmw 335i 2008 to Firestone after calling for an appointment and confirming my STOCK height vehicle.Took it in and was told vehicle was too low again on my stock height vehicle… Horrible service LOL was told to go somewhere else in middletonService: Steering & suspension repair

Heard good things, finally got a confirmed appointment for an oil change after several snafus with the online appointment system, showed up, they tell me I have to use semi or full synthetic oil in my simple 2009 4-cylinder engine. Nobody in my 145,000 miles has told me that and I confirmed that it is not required per my user manual. They refused to service my vehicle unless I spent the $70+ for a simple semi-synthetic oil change. According to the manager, their "system" won't allow it as they show it requiring the more expensive oil. I tried to show the owner manual and they wouldn't even look at it. Buyer beware the fake upsell!!!!!

I googled the specific location and hit “call” to book an oil change. Was given a time the next day. The next morning received a call that they were booking out later in the week - my appointment wasn’t valid- said it was online-. It wasn’t- I spoke to an actual person. The person who called was very nice, but do better- fix your appointment issues. I called in the middle of the day to get the appointment- not after hours or anything.
