“I’m not one to normally add reviews - but my experience tonight was well worth the my time. I’ve always been a fan of Verizon’s product - they are by far superior on cellular service in my opinion. Tonight - I am now a further concreted customer cause of customer service. The Verizon In Fitchburg in Cahill main (I believe that’s how you spell the road) the manger Dean was huge help. He operated efficiently, knowledgeable, and had me in and out with my request in less than 20 minutes.I have literally spent hours in Verizon before trying to accomplish the same thing.Thank you Dean for making this happen and getting my family on the road in time for our trip!!”

The ONE cashier on duty had a long line of course, Lucky pulled me out of line and used a miniature device to get me checked out & on my way. She was friendly, kind & knew what she was doing! I was the lucky one. Target is lucky to have Lucky!”
