Dream Kitchens designed and installed all of the cabinets in our new home 7 years ago. Their design, craftsmanship and customer service was second to none. 7 years later we decided to add a small beverage center in our kitchen. It was an extremely small job and they gave me the same service or better than the first time. They were extremely responsive and treated me as if I was as important as the customer spending hundreds of thousands of dollars.They come highly recommended by me and I am in the industry so I have high expectations when it comes to construction and customer service. We have worked with several remodelers over the years for full kitchen or bath remodels and other small jobs around the house. We hired DHDK to remodel two bathrooms and install an entertainment system. DHDK has been by far the most organized and professional team. Each and every member of the crew, including all the subcontractors they use for things like electrical or plumbing, treated our family and house with respect. When there were bumps in the process (and there are always bumps) the team communicated early and often. The finished product is wonderful! We will be using DHDK for our next project.Service: Remodeling

DHDK did an amazing job on our cabinetry for the remodel of our basement bar! We wanted a curved bar as it was the best shape to fit the space as well as conversing. A curve is not easy and the cabinets are perfect! Jerry & Linda were helpful! Thank you!Service: Remodeling

I’ve never had such a great experience with a company! By great leaps they exceeded my expectations, and they backed up their product.Dream House/Kitchen left me with a repaired sink that looks and feels like it will last at least a lifetime and I was given heaps of extra care and questions answered.Our kitchen tub sink had separated from the counter top after 6 years of use, so I reached out to Dream Kitchen to see what we could do about it.Deb got right back to me after talking with one of their project managers. A couple days later, Chad pops in for a couple hours and creatively designs a new hidden bracketed support system for the sink and whips it all back together ready to go. While here, Chad helped me remedy a couple other things we were fine living with. The carpenter from Dream Kitchens was on time to work on a few repairs to our cabinets and a drawer. He worked quickly and professionally to get the items repaired. Our kitchen was designed by Dream Kitchens. We are not the original owners of the house, and some cabinets and drawers had a bit of water damage. Others had some dings and scars. It is such a nice kitchen, but the unsightly areas were very noticeable to us. Dream Kitchens had a copy of our original plans, and they were able to get new pieces to our cabinets, that match perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about Chad, who came to do the repairs. He worked hard all day, to fix every little imperfection. He was also very considerate of our home, covering our flooring, and cleaning up after himself. Our kitchen is perfect, and beautiful again. Thank you so much!

Dream did a large kitchen remodel for us a few years ago which included opening up a wall and adding a load bearing beam to dining room. They were timely, neat, and careful in preserving the 100 year old details of our beloved Tudor.When an issue does come up with cabinets or anything, they stand behind their work and will come out and evaluate issues that might need to be addressed long after the installation is complete. This adds piece of mind, which is of great value.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel (which also included a staircase and living room makeover). This was our second project with Dream and it was the second project for a reason. We did look at three places and got pricing before committing to Dream a second time. All in all, choosing Dream was an easy decision. Dream is great to work with. There were no hidden costs or surprises and the employees at Dream are amazing. They suggest ideas that we would have never thought of and in the end, those are some of my favorite parts of the remodel. Everyone we worked with was helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect kitchen to fit our specific needs but even more, they made sure we had a great experience from the designers to everyone completing the work in our house. Remodeling is never easy when it disrupts the main living area of your home but everyone working on our project were truly great people, beyond friendly and easy to have in our house every day. I would recommend Dream without hesitation. Our first project was a basement bar remodel and it is just as fantastic as our kitchen. :)Service: Remodeling

I just tried to make an appointment on a Saturday to meet with someone because we're building a new home. I was told that no one is available for Saturday appointments, and when they do have Saturday appointments they're for current clients. How are they supposed to get new clients if they don't allow them to make appointments? They're only open 10-5 Monday through Friday (when we happen to be working). I would give them a zero if I could, unfortunately Google makes you choose at least 1 star.

We've done two remodeling projects with Dream - a full basement remodel and then our master bath. The team was thorough, respectful of our space and fun to work with. They hit the budget and timeline as promised, they made selections easy and they communicated well with us throughout the process. Their designers were helpful in narrowing choices and steering us to the right things to spend money on (and to avoid spending on things that wouldn't be worth it). We have used Dream House Dream Kitchens for 3 projects. Most recently we used them as we built a new home for our kitchen design and cabinets. I truly believe Dream Kitchen's design work is the best as I comparison shopped. The quality of their cabinetry is top-of-the-line (even the carpenters that installed the cabinets in our new home complimented the quality as they rarely see it). Lindsay, our designer, was extremely responsive and worked with us to ensure every detail was what we envisioned. When I've had questions or needed a repair someone came to our home, no questions asked, and fixed the problem and checked all cabinets for adjustments (really going above and beyond). I would highly recommend Dream Kitchens to ANYONE (and do!). I feel they have taken us on like family. We absolutely LOVE our kitchen and get many many compliments on it.
