“I truly don’t have the words to describe how awesome Kris & her team is.
After experiencing years of multiple health issues, we discovered we were unknowingly living in toxic mold for 2+ years. Unfortunately, that means the toxins were also cross-contaminated into our vehicles. I was at the point of preparing to sell both of our vehicles due to the difficulty with decontaminating our items- we had to move & completely start over with most our belongings, so I figured the cars wouldn’t be any different.
Not many people are aware of the dangers + difficulties of mold, especially for sensitive and immunocompromised folks.
Kris *immediately* understood the importance of our issue and did everything possible to ensure that I would be safe in our car. The team made sure to go over the car multiple times with an enzyme cleaner for mold, and even used an Ozone machine to kill any remaining toxins.
I really cannot thank you enough for the wonderful, thorough job you guys have done. I no longer worry about my health + the brightness of my future, and that peace of mind is truly irreplaceable.

“Very Professional!! We were very impressed! Just before we were to deliver our new truck to M.A.T. for undercoating the appointment was canceled due to an equipment failure. M.A.T. extended us a discount and we rolled those funds into a spray-in bed-liner. When this work was completed, our truck was driven out into the front lot where a few very miner overspray spots were removed. The professional technician took time to explain and show us the undercoating details where M.A.T. goes above and beyond. Our next new truck will also be making a trip to M.A.T. posthaste.”

“I have used their services twice now and plan on returning again. Not only do they do a very good job but it's well priced and the time estimate was accurate. While waiting for my car, I took a long walk in the nearby nature preserve. There's also a restaurant next-door. So, even though they have a waiting room, and a picnic table right outside, there are enjoyable ways to pass the time.”
“One of two mechanics in town that I like. We used to be a Dutch's household but switched because of distance and availability. Now we always go here. One time my ignition got smashed (Hyundai problemz) and they gave us different options for how to fix it.”

“The machine took my card and I got the ultimate carwash, $14. Not sure if it was working perfectly as my driver side still had dirt on it. I had a whole winters grime on there so I'm satisfied.”

So if we can make it happen and be able we'll get the tickets and the other half of the day after we arrive and get the oil change in a big city of Madison and then we could go back and forth with him and his wife to get this done”

“I needed to run some errands in this area so I thought I would do my laundry over here as well. I found Magic Wash on Google and I was impressed with the amenities they had to offer so I figured I'd give it a go. Not only is it a laundromat, they have a car wash and a dog washing station. This place exceeded my expectations! The place was very clean unlike many laundromats I've been to. The also have staff in house so if there's an issue it can be resolved without leaving a note in a box an hope the owner gets back to you. I talked to the someone that was working there and he was friendly and courteous. I used a 4 load washer and it was $5 which is responsible. All the machines take cards which is huge for me. I hate fumbling around with quarters. I vacuumed and washed my car while my close were drying. Even the vacuums take cards. I've never seen this before. I'll definitely be back!”
“Very very different than most Kwik Trips but I have a feeling that's a feature not a bug. One of, if not, the most efficient Kwik Trip I've been to (that's a lot).Also, they love to sell discount doughnuts. Kids can't tell they are slightly stale.”

“Love the touchless car wash! I love using it in the winter to get most of the road grime and salt off. Only issue is that at any time of the there is a line. Defilingly need to add a second one to reduce lines”
“We're on a cross country road trip in our Vandoit and due to its height, we have to search out tall bay self-serve car washes. With our Yakima roof top back, we measure right under 11.5 ft tall. This car wash bay was 11.5 ft so it was a close call, but we fit! They accept debit/credit cards and the rates are reasonable. The foam brush has lots of soap and helped us reach the top of the van. There was good pressure on the sprayer. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.”
“Dear Kwik Trip of Madison, WI (east side)Days before Christmas I came into your Kwik Trip with a children’s toy pot full of quarters. I walked the aisles with my son in tow, seeking only one thing. A very specific Kinder Egg. We found them, unbeknownst to me we left behind this small pot.A couple weeks later we stopped by in search of more kinder eggs. We didn’t find any that time, but we found something much greater.You remembered us, and remembered that little pot. You asked your coworkers if it was still behind the register. It wasn’t, but as luck would find us a kind co worker who had repurposed the small pot heard us talking.She came over with a smile, looked to my son and told him she would bring it in on her next shift.A couple weeks later, I stopped by for that small pot. When I asked the person at the register is there was a small pot left for someone he immediately said “yes!” With a happy smile.A chain reaction of kindness from strangers was unbelievably impactful that day.You did not know how much it meant to me, I wanted to tell you. But I was overwhelmed with emotion.During the week of Christmas, my apartment flooded about three inches. A lot of our belongings, food, clothes and Christmas presents were ruined.I wanted to cheer my son up as much as I could so we drove around to about 5 Kwik Trips one day that week.After I lost that little pot that meant a lot to my son, it was a gift from a great grandparent who has passed,I had to put our cat to sleep due to issues surrounding the flood.My heart was completely broken. I had lots of support from family and friends, but I was beginning to become so angry at the world. Insurance wasn’t (isn’t) helping, we had lost our home, and now a family member.This seems like a small act of kindness, but to me it reminded me of something important.How much small acts of kindness can really matter to someone, and that you never know what someone may be dealing with.The look on my sons face when I showed him his little pot, and read him this note will be something I think about for the rest of my life. “Exterior wash was great and I love that they did the interior. I try to not set expectations too high since I didn’t go for detailing, just the drive up wash. But there were still some bug spots on my windshield and dirt in my cup holder when I drove off. Overall, great for the speed and convenience.”

“Great undercarriage wash from the top package for getting off winter salt. But FYI that it doesn’t pull you forward on tracks. so drive slow entering & exiting to make sure you get your full hosing down & dry off. And FYI that the robot arm only does one side of your car at a time. But don’t worry! they’ll get the whole thing eventually :) still some water left on my car, but I’m not picky about water spots.”
“Three times having thorough detailing done on my vehicles and I am consistently happy with the results. They're fast enough, typically taking 90 to 120 minutes for the total job and with two or three people at a time working on things, a lot of hard work and an entire day worth of man hours go into the detailing. I'll keep coming back when I need this done.”

“I checked out the reviews this morning so was unsure what to expect today. I did the basic plus, and added the mat cleaning- it was a Tuesday around 10:30. It took 30 minutes.
I think they did everything they were expected to do so I gave them 4 stars. They said emptying the side garbage pockets was not included so I did that myself. I’ve been to other places that did that though.
Additionally, I think they only do exactly what is included. So they didn’t wipe the sides of my trunk, only vacuumed the floor.
They met my expectations and I would return, but it would be awesome if they gave each car some individual attention as opposed to cookie cutter service. But for the price I think it was a good deal.”

“I go here every Wednesday. They have a promotion that is like $2 off regular prices. It's very quiet and low key. The vacuums are kind of hit or miss. I mean they work but sometimes suction isn't the best. This place offers several different types of washes. You can do a wash by hand with a power washer or a touch free wash or a wash that isn't touch free. I love this place it's a hidden gem.”
