The owner even helped me, after I asked for some advice on buffing out some paint transfer. Right on the spot, he asked to see it and with a rag, polish, and little elbow grease did the work himself. “I truly don’t have the words to describe how awesome Kris & her team is.
After experiencing years of multiple health issues, we discovered we were unknowingly living in toxic mold for 2+ years. Unfortunately, that means the toxins were also cross-contaminated into our vehicles. I was at the point of preparing to sell both of our vehicles due to the difficulty with decontaminating our items- we had to move & completely start over with most our belongings, so I figured the cars wouldn’t be any different.
Not many people are aware of the dangers + difficulties of mold, especially for sensitive and immunocompromised folks.
Kris *immediately* understood the importance of our issue and did everything possible to ensure that I would be safe in our car. The team made sure to go over the car multiple times with an enzyme cleaner for mold, and even used an Ozone machine to kill any remaining toxins.
I really cannot thank you enough for the wonderful, thorough job you guys have done. I no longer worry about my health + the brightness of my future, and that peace of mind is truly irreplaceable.

“I have used their services twice now and plan on returning again. Not only do they do a very good job but it's well priced and the time estimate was accurate. While waiting for my car, I took a long walk in the nearby nature preserve. There's also a restaurant next-door. So, even though they have a waiting room, and a picnic table right outside, there are enjoyable ways to pass the time.”

“This magic wash you can wash your laundry, your dog, your car, anything you can think of, you can wash it there! I love that they have a wonderful attendant there. Unlike other places in Middleton. It feels safe there also, unlike other places in Middleton. I would highly recommend this. It has different sizes of machines and very little machines with the out of order. Sign on them again, unlike other places in Middleton. I'll be back!”
“Updated to 5 stars as many people would use the vacuums without getting a wash, which would occasioanlly not allow room for paying customers to use. They listened to my feedback and have now roped off the lot making it very difficult to use the vacuums for free! Also car wash is great and reasonably priced.”

“Great car wash, but most importantly, excellent customer service. I’ve been going to the car wash for years with no complaints. Today, through an error on my own part, I caused the system to reset for that car wash bay before I was able to get my car wash. This was in no way the fault of the owner of the car wash. Yet, when I contacted them, they promptly and cheerfully refunded my money. I wish every business was like this. Great people. I highly recommend.”
“Very very different than most Kwik Trips but I have a feeling that's a feature not a bug. One of, if not, the most efficient Kwik Trip I've been to (that's a lot).Also, they love to sell discount doughnuts. Kids can't tell they are slightly stale.”

“I’ve been going there for years. They have a friendly staff. They have lots of products. They have fresh sandwiches and coffee and they have a restroom and they have handicap parking and their prices are fair on the gasoline and you can get a rewards card that you can use if you do happen to smoke cigarettes and you get the rewards card is probably the best price in the area compared to others. They have all kinds of energy drinks and they have warm hats if you’re on the road and it’s winter and you need a quick cat. They actually have nice brands there. They have charger cords and anything you might need in an emergency when you’re on the road and if you are traveling business person you will like it because right next-door is the executive residential hotels. There’s lots of hotels aroundand there’s a Walgreens across the street so you can just about get anything you want and it’s very fast off the beltline and back on the belt line”
“We're on a cross country road trip in our Vandoit and due to its height, we have to search out tall bay self-serve car washes. With our Yakima roof top back, we measure right under 11.5 ft tall. This car wash bay was 11.5 ft so it was a close call, but we fit! They accept debit/credit cards and the rates are reasonable. The foam brush has lots of soap and helped us reach the top of the van. There was good pressure on the sprayer. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back.”

“Love the touchless car wash! I love using it in the winter to get most of the road grime and salt off. Only issue is that at any time of the there is a line. Defilingly need to add a second one to reduce lines”
“Three times having thorough detailing done on my vehicles and I am consistently happy with the results. They're fast enough, typically taking 90 to 120 minutes for the total job and with two or three people at a time working on things, a lot of hard work and an entire day worth of man hours go into the detailing. I'll keep coming back when I need this done.”
“I always have the BEST service and results from here. The manager,Tom Konkol is friendly, professional and helpful. I was so worried about putting my car in the wash the first time but Tom and his staff just told me what to do with my car and the wash does the rest! I use this car wash at least once a week because of the service, care and how nice my car gets clean. I definitely recommend them!”

“Great undercarriage wash from the top package for getting off winter salt. But FYI that it doesn’t pull you forward on tracks. so drive slow entering & exiting to make sure you get your full hosing down & dry off. And FYI that the robot arm only does one side of your car at a time. But don’t worry! they’ll get the whole thing eventually :) still some water left on my car, but I’m not picky about water spots.”

“I go here every Wednesday. They have a promotion that is like $2 off regular prices. It's very quiet and low key. The vacuums are kind of hit or miss. I mean they work but sometimes suction isn't the best. This place offers several different types of washes. You can do a wash by hand with a power washer or a touch free wash or a wash that isn't touch free. I love this place it's a hidden gem.”
