EDIT: Owner was very responsive and worked fast to make this right - responsive and helpful.I really wanted to enjoy BWW, but everything was off. I arrived when the app told me my order would be ready - I got it about a half hour later. When I got it, the wings were overbooked, they had almost no sauce (it seemed like a tablespoon of sauce had been spread across 6 wings), and dipping sauce was missing. Staff were very pleasant while waiting.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I have a wonderful experience. The server, Shelby, is very personable, friendly and always has a smile on her face: she has been my server many times. Please ask for Shelby next time you dine at this Buffalo Wild Wings; you won’t be disappointed! Nathan and Alex always treat me like family, making small talk and ensuring my experience is a good one.

Really quite sad. BWW used to be such a a cool chain, but the quality took a nose dive and it's basically just the Applebee's of Wingstop now.

Olivia and Shelby made this Date very uncomfortable. I feel like the staff at this location is racist and believe in stereotypes that people of color don't tip or possibly run out. This is the second time we tried to dine in on a Tuesday and just didn't like the service. From the time we stepped in the door to having to wait to be seated while watching Olivia talk to a coworker. No apologies or anything. Shelby was a very rude waiter and did the bare minimum. Fruit flies at the table by the condiments and then not to mention she only came to the table when I got her attention. I will not be dining inside this location EVER again.

I ordered online takeout. I ordered traditional wings,they gave me boneless. I had to wait 20 minutes for get the correct order.

Service and atmosphere are very meh and not really the vibe for me, but I can see it working for others. I got a BBQ burger and thought it was actually super good. I also got a mango habanero chicken sandwich to go and really enjoyed the flavors it had.

Absolute worst carry out experience. Yes it was Super Bowl but ordered at 1pm for pick up at 6:30. Not ready 1 hour after stated pick up time. Staff said they got many orders for 6:30 so unable to keep up. Restaurant about 3/4 full with no wait for a table. Not sure why they don’t block out pick up time if too many for that time slot. I should have known better, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten food in a timely manner here at this location. Unacceptable. Not even an acknowledgment or a sorry for the delay.

Horrible service, food is always wrong. Skip this place if you want good service and food promptly. I ordered wings and over an hour later I canceled my order.

Wings are pretty meatless. But I do love the seasonings. Chips and Salsa are great appetizersRestaurant itself very loud and feeling of cold industrial atmosphere.
