If it's not one things it's another at this wash. The 2 inside bays are broken and non operational. I go to use the outside bay and pay by credit card and the stop button is not working. So now instead of just a $5 car wash I now get to pay $20 for time I never even used.

They need to go through and double check that each and every setting is operating for each stall. The right-most of the three self service stalls doesn't have its "Rinse" setting working and at least one setting in one of the other stalls wasn't working as well from talking with the guy who moved a stall over because of it. Previously it didn't have this issue.

Problems with foam supply need to be corrected. When choosing modes with foam: wheel wash, brush with foam, etc. foam supply is practically not carried out and flows like water

I've been here before the first time the machine took my money. I called them and they replaced the money. Now I used the credit card reader and put $5 cash in, the sprayer pressure is low and has no soap in it and the rinse ain't working got tired of calling the phone number, to talk to voicemail.

I've stopped using this place.
Sometimes there's no soap in the high pressure wash, sometimes the foaming brush doesn't foam, the credit card reading doesn't read and last time there was a leak from the cieling that spotted my vehicle.
I've left notes in the box addressing th other issues with no respone

Half the vacuums don't work and the ones that do "work" don't have enough pressure to vacuum anything out of the car. Don't go here!!

This place is beyond horrid. People constantly there on weekend blasting their car systems for hours on end. Owner won’t do anything about it….cops are constantly called. I wish this place would honestly put some rules or shut it down….
**edit- owner states they ask people to turn it down when they’re on site- yet this happens at evening hours**

Wouldn’t take cash. Multiple denominations tried. Sprayer weak. Brush stripped and broken. Pressure low. Door automatically closed on my neck while trying to wash the front grill. Attendant no where to be found. Used card to pay and got overcharged. Gave it a one star because there’s no choice for no star.

I go here every Wednesday. They have a promotion that is like $2 off regular prices. It's very quiet and low key. The vacuums are kind of hit or miss. I mean they work but sometimes suction isn't the best. This place offers several different types of washes. You can do a wash by hand with a power washer or a touch free wash or a wash that isn't touch free. I love this place it's a hidden gem.

I’ve been coming here for years & have always had a great experience! The vacuum ate my money only one time and they promptly called me back & compensated me! The woman on the call was extremely helpful and so nice! I’m very appreciative of business that care for their customers! Well done!

My boyfriend and I agree self-served car washes are the best. However, upon driving to the aqua spa car wash, All self-served lanes were closed due to extreme cold. Although, They did have one touchless car wash with the average 7 ft. Standard clearance and his truck is too tall. In conclusion, none of the other surrounding self-serve ? washes were closed due to extreme cold so we relocated. So, a little inconvenient.
