There was a small amount of cosmetic damage done and I was unsure whether anything more serious lurked beneath the service. The folks at Caliber carefully inspected my car to ensure no structural damage was done, fixed the cosmetic issues and attended to a ding unrelated to the deer collision. They did all of this in approximately 1 day! No one wants to visit a body shop, but if you must this is the one to go to. Thanks Dave and co!”

“I took my almost 10 year old car into Sparkle after having it in another shop for body work. The other shop really screwed the pooch with the paint work they did. Thoroughly disappointed with that shops work and lack of customer service, they will never get my business again! My experience at Sparkle has been the exact opposite. The work was done on time and on budget. Furthermore, the techs at Sparkle are true artists at what they do! My decade old vehicle looks as good as new! A couple of weeks after the work was completed, I had issues with my sun roof leaking. Thinking it might have something to do with the recent repairs, I reached out to Sparkle. They had me bring it in and determined the drains were blocked and had nothing to do with the repairs. Just the same, they cleared the drain tubes out for me and sent me on my way a little wiser (clean your sun roof drains out!). Thank you again Brian, Mark, and the rest of the Sparkle crew. 280 W Netherwood Rd, Oregon“Went in for a new battery. Rather than being quick to sell me a new battery, they did an over-night load test and slow-charge to see if that was the problem. I received regular phone calls during the process. It turns out that there was a problem with the + terminal connector on my car, and that was what was causing the battery not to charge. They didn't sell me something I didn't need, and didn't charge me a fee for all the diagnostic work. When I DO need a battery, I'll be going here.”

“I'm giving a 5 star review as I've used them before and have been satisfied, but I am not completely happy with my last repair. I ran over something on the highway that had a bungee type cord attached that basically was imbedded in my left rear tire. I had the tire repaired at my auto repair shop. I came to Auto Color to make the associated repairs to the body of my vehicle. There were rubber marks on the body and a couple of holes in the back bumper. I told Joe that I did not want to file for insurance and he said that was fine and gave me a quote. The quoted price seemed fair and I told Joe to proceed. When I picked up the vehicle one of the holes that had been patched was clearly visible and I was expecting the hole to be gone and just like knew. When I asked Joe about this he said he could have given me a quote for a new bumper and then it would be new. My issue is that Joe could have given me a couple options here but he did not. My presumption is that the bumper would look brand new. Should Joe have told me that the hole would not be completely filled?”

“Very Professional!! We were very impressed! Just before we were to deliver our new truck to M.A.T. for undercoating the appointment was canceled due to an equipment failure. M.A.T. extended us a discount and we rolled those funds into a spray-in bed-liner. When this work was completed, our truck was driven out into the front lot where a few very miner overspray spots were removed. The professional technician took time to explain and show us the undercoating details where M.A.T. goes above and beyond. Our next new truck will also be making a trip to M.A.T. posthaste.”
