Associated bank randomly closed my savings account with money in it, and I have no way to get the money back. I was never warned about a minimum balance requirement for the account.Absolutely outrageous and fraudulent bank.

Worst experience ever with Associated bank, after many years of loyal customer today I been treated with racism and discrimination for being a woman and Latina.The assistant manager Brian W.Was rude unprofessional and racist pretending to do not understand my question.. Went in for a new debit card and told the teller my wallet was lost and everything in it. So I would need a new debit card. He told me it would be a 15 minute wait. After waiting 15 minutes the bankers first question was do you have your ID I said no I lost my wallet hence a new card. You need an ID was what I was told. Although when I set up my account you copied my ID. So I waited for 15 minutes for a 10 second conversation. The banker didnt even clear his desk. When I get my ID I will be changing banks

This location is convenient to my office so I have used it several times. It’s ok for drive through but if you need an appointment inside, plan on being there for an hour. I had an appointment yesterday and they had one person working the inside customers. She told me I would have to wait. I waited until 12:45 pm (15 minutes past appointment) for another girl to appear, answer everyone else’s questions on the way to the waiting area only to tell me that there was no one to help me, she was still with a client. Poor client, she looked to be in no hurry to get back to them. She told me she didn’t make my appointment so it’s not her fault. Nobody here wanted to take ownership. I would NEVER go here again. It honestly doesn’t even feel like it’s on the same level as other AB locations.

I forgot my debit card in the Drive-Thru tube not only did Erica call to tell me that I forgot it but when I got to the bank 10 minutes after they closed she ran back inside to get it for me. That is the absolute best customer service I've ever had she saved my butt and I can't thank her enough. Give this girl a raise

If you call them you will talk to a robot followed by 20 minutes of terrible music. I have an account here and am not able to access my online banking or contact them because after waiting 20 minutes they hung up on my call. Would not recommend this bank to anyone and suggest you try somewhere else.

Omg I freaking love this Associated Bank Location! Hands down by far the best bank in town to go to. The staff here is so friendly and they are quick with appointments if you need to talk to someone about getting an account or an existing account. Silvia Jimenez helped me with everything and her customer service is exquisite! Thank You Gurl!!! I didn't have the best credit to begin with but they helped me out and were so nice! And I got a packer debit card!!!!! The application to apply and fill out for a checking and savings account was so simple and easy to understand I highly recommend this location to everyone. Thank You Associated Bank in Fitchburg! You guys are the best!
