For the premium price you pay, this is hardly a premium moviegoing experience. $35 for 2 adults and 1 kid, and another $35 or so for 2 orders of pretzel bites, a bag of candy, a medium soda and a small water. The “cooked” food was horrible, and the soda was very diluted. The facilities were very dirty, especially for 4:30 in the afternoon. Lobby floor littered with trash, condiments stations caked with old residues, and the bathrooms were pretty messy considering there were few people in the theater.The movie watching was also kind of mixed. Comfortable seats, but the recliner buttons were way too sensitive and would activate with the smallest movements in your chair. The pre-film trailers were also not entirely age appropriate for the G-rated film we were seeing, and after the excessive ads it was another 20-25 minutes before the show actually started. Volume was louder for trailers and ads than for the actual film.Altogether not at all worth the money we paid for this level of experience when there are smaller, better movie chains to support. Go to Marcus or Classic Cinemas in the Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois area.

Under utilized space. I honestly don't know why movie theaters have employees. Bathrooms are always gross and always smells like spoiled pop.. Wet floors. I review movies and the experience at this location takes away from the film. Nice seating though!

Ordered our tickets off the website. One Adult, one Senior, one drink popcorn combo. No problem.Got to the theater, crater pocked parking g lot. Theater very nice, inside and out. Ah, the smell of fresh popped popcorn.Went to the counter, figured out how to get our tickets. Counter person was very helpful, but demure could really use improvement. I could tell, she really didn't want to be there.Ok, get to the concession stand and no record of our pre arrival combo purchased. Again, young guy working the counter could care less about being there, or helping us. No reconciliation, so we're out the price of a drink and large popcorn, on Veterans day. Yes, Wife and I both Veterans.So, the movie was good, bathrooms were fine, theater was clean.We will go back, just not prepay concessions.

Parking lot is horrendous, it has been for almost a decade. Movie prices are fair; food and beverage prices, not so much. Theaters are comfortable and spacious, however, cleanliness has declined significantly in the past year. The first thing you get hit with when walking in the door is a haze of popcorn smoke; a little bit off-putting. Marcus Theaters have been getting more of my business lately.

1st theater we have been to since before covid. Nice, clean & air conditioned. It was a relief after 90 degree weather.

Diced to go see blue beetle, ticket prices are reasonable. After that all downhill, I need to use the restroom. Half of the urinals were out of commission.Ty hen went to the concession stand for popcorn and a soda. They were out of a few sodas at the fountain and the popcorn tasted stale. That said I went and found my seat, I sat down and realized my seat was a little sticky.I've been to this theater a few times before and it wasn't this bad, I'm just hoping it was an off day .

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. I used their app to reserve seats and order treats. The IMAX theatre was outstanding.

We usually go to Marcus, but had to go to AMC because they had the movie playing we wanted to see.When we first got there, we had to use the bathroom. The men’s bathroom had no soap to wash your hands. There was a staff member in there trying to fix one of the dispensers, but he must have given up because later the bottle of soap was on the counter, but it was not usable. I tried turning it upside down, but nothing. Maybe one of the staff should have gone to Target to pick some up rather than having nothing available. The bathroom did have paper towels, thank goodness, because I would not have used the hand dryers. They were dirty and dirty can be.When we next went to concessions. There were 3 people working and we were the only ones in line. We asked if they had any specials (like Marcus does on Tuesday) and the one girl said she didn’t know. We placed our order and the other girl only gave us 3 of 4 drinks. We told her that we ordered 2 combos and 2 extra drinks so we need the other drink. She just sat there staring at us. We said again that we needed the fourth drink and she started to enter one on her register like we were going to pay for another one. We said, no we still need the other cup that we paid for. After 3 times she got it and gave us the cup.Off to the butter stand. What a mess. There is popcorn all over the floor and the butter machine looks like it’s never been wiped off. The soda station was the same - popcorn everywhere and 2 of the machines were giving out sugary water.There were probably 7-10 employees there today and they were all standing around just starring. Someone should have picked up a broom to clean up the popcorn. I was about to ask for one to help them.The theaters themselves were fine. The sound was good. The seats were comfortable and the picture was nice.Hopefully management can do better. We will not be back for a while. Marcus will continue to get our business.

Movie selection is just fine, so this is based on the facility itself.I remember in the late 90's when this opened as Star Cinemas. It was bright, shiny and new. It was a great place to see a movie. Now... more than 20 years later, this place has issues.Yes, they have the updated lounge chairs... but mine was noisy if I tried to adjust the legs.I work in retail real-estate... and I can tell you that the parking lot has not been resurfaced in at least the last 10 years, and probably never. It is a small, cramped lot, with so many pot holes. It is screaming to be replaced. I actually wouldn't be shocked if they had never done anything other than minor patch work. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to get out without door dings, a dented bumper, and/or needing an alignment.The old adage that it's always cold at the movies doesn't hold true at this AMC. Went in for a 3 hour movie and it was not cool, and definitely muggy in there. I couldn't tell if the air handlers were even blowing, but if they were, it wasn't cooled air. By the end of the movie, my back and neck were damp. It was gross thinking about how many other people have sat in that seat and sweated out a movie.I do not plan on returning to this AMC theatre.

Uncomfortable seating. If you are a bigger person avoid this theater for that reason alone. Volume level in the IMAX theater was insanely, deafeningly loud. I still have a headache two days later. Between the volume level and the seating I was distracted from what would have been a very enjoyable movie.

The Theater, in general, was dirty. Service was slow. Entrance is confusing if you pre-purchased tickets. The place seems a bit dated, and there's only one set of bathrooms on each side of the building. The lines were long after the movie to use the restroom.I can't tell if IMAX here is comparable to the Marcus DLX experience. IMAX might have a larger screen, but I wasn't that impressed. I'm not coming back.

Yikes! We pre bought tickets and had to sit in different seats once the movie started.It's dreadfully obvious that there has been NO upkeep in basic maintenance... Is there mold in the ceiling tiles above our heads? Could the chairs be repaired - I was unable to sit down, let alone recline.Please repair things - I'd like to come back for a good film!

Ick is what comes to mind when describing this theater.We bought advanced tickets so we pretty much just walked in. The young man at the ticket counter was happy and polite.On to the snacks!The teen trying to take our order was confused and we had to repeat that we wanted three drinks, three times. His hygiene was off putting. I don’t like to make it personal but if you’re handling food, you should be clean and not have an odor.We get our drinks.One of the machines was down. The other was absolutely disgusting. The soda spray was literally caked on, it turned my stomach.On to popcorn.One machine didn’t work. One lady said “ You’d think they’d be more prepared on a big weekend like this”. Couldn’t agree more.I had to go to the bar to get napkins because they were out. Everywhere.The trash was overflowing all over.In the ladies restroom close to theater 12, they were out of soap and paper towels. I had to wipe my hands on my jeans.Theater 12 was disgusting. Trash everywhere, like most of the theater.I’m not sure I’ll ever be back.

Terrible theater. Dirty. Grumpy glum and scant staff. No available snacks other than stale popcorn. Returned my 15 dollar popcorn as it was inedible. Staff argued it wasn't stale. Eventually gave me another bag from the other popcorn station and it was at least edible, definitely different. Half the stuff , (TV monitors, soda machine) doesn't work and the parking lot is a disaster. Go to Sun prairie Marcus it's worth the drive.

Disgusting and dirty. There was popcorn all over the lobby floor, Icee spilled over napkins and straws. Floors were dirty and sticky and no paper towels in the bathrooms. For a big weekend for movies I expected a little more preparedness.
