Outstanding customer service and support!!! I called yesterday because my future DiL hadn’t received her print. The person on the phone was concerned, gave us some tips for finding it, and described the packaging. It was there and we are thrilled.

My experience with Sister Golden has been absolutely fantastic. All of the prints I ordered were beautiful and so were the wooden frames. A few didn't work as I had planned in my space, and the team was extremely accommodating during the return process and quick to initiate the refund. I will definitely be ordering from them again!!! I bought 2 prints from Sister Golden as a Christmas gift. They arrived in bad shape thanks to some mishandling by someone at the post office.I called to order two more prints and talked to a super nice lady by the name of Alex. Alex got me two more prints, and said Sister Golden was taking care of it. They arrived today in time to still be a Great present for my wife. Awesome customer service! The best place for beautifully sourced and selected home decor, jewelry, and incredible art. I’ve been in sister golden many times over the years and just stepping foot into the place.l, you feel a positive and inviting energy. A must visit when in door county. The staff is accommodating and attentive to me and my friends. They have a great online store too. Definitely check them out.

Loved the place instantly and thought I might buy some things. However, the two attendants ignored me entirely…no other guests were in the store. No hello, nothing. I have a problem spending $ in a rude shop. No sister of mine.
