Great store!!! Great service!!! I was able to describe the type of custom hat I was looking for. I was shown a variety and learned the differences in the embroidery. Made my choice and the perfect hat with the name added making it a custom one of a kind hat!!! A favorite of mine now. Thanks for all the help. Sarge Marge

Great place!! They have a unique and wide selection of all sorts of hats. I definitely suggest customizing a hat. My family has gotten a ton over the years. The team members are super helpful and the hat customization has a quick turn around time. High recommend checking them out!!

Amazing hats! Whenever we visit my grandparents my brother has to get a custom hat. This year he decided to get a sumo wrestler embroidered on and it looks great!

I had a baseball hat made up with my grandsons team logo on it for my husband and many ask where he got it from. It turned out "awesome" and great quality for the price. Plan on visiting that store once again.

We visit bay head each time we visit Door County and always end of making a purchase or two. Employees are always helpful and selection is really great.

We bought a 90$ leather hat 2 days ago.And we don't take any receipts with us.It is a little small and make my head hurt.Today,we return the hat and the guy is very rude and impolite.He called us names and said we stole the hat from him.Lately,he checks and see the receipt in the system.He takes the hat back without any apology.Don't shop here.

They moved since I was there, last. More space, good selection. Some hats sold out in my size, but it was already past mid season in Door County...It was busy, so no sales clerks roaming the floor, but one gal behind the counter answered my question. Nice, clean shop, congenial staff, prices were reasonable for Door County. I still like the store and will stop in next year when we go cherry picking.

Neat shop filled with a wide variety of hats. If you can't find a hat here maybe your not a hat person.
