Terrible service 3 times in a row they say it will be a day or two then don’t show up for weeks then when they do show up they charge you more than what they quoted or charge you the same price and give you less fuel than you ordered

This company is awful. I've been with them over 30yrs and they still jack me around ALL THE TIME! Go somewhere else... customer service is the WORST!!

Had an issue where they prebilled us, weeks later came and actually filled. When they finally did come, ended up filling 65 gallons less than the prebill. Called 3-4 times, had several employees agree with my concern, never got passed the manager. Nobody wanted to handle it. They lost what would have been a life long customer over a less than $200 discrepancy.

The last three times I have ordered, i have paid over the phone, been charged, and no one comes out to fill my tanks. This is becoming more common than not. Bad communication

I had a flat at Southwest Tech last year. It was a Friday at 3:30. I called New Horizons and the owner came down with a smile. He pumped up the tire and I followed him back to the shop. He fixxed the flat and I was out the door for almost nothing. The whole time we laughed and had a good time. His daughter was working there at the time too. She's just as friendly. I can actually say that was the only time I had fun going to the mechanic. Ha! I've been back since then. I'll be back again.
