I stopped at this store yesterday. I grabbed a couple things and headed to the check out. 1 employee was stocking shelves by the registers. He then turned around and left. Never came back. I waited for 5 minutes or so when I hear someone yelling from the room off of the registers. This “person” was screaming at me to ring some bell. I said he was standing right there and saw me put my stuff on the counter. She yelled back at me that she was on her break, I’d have to ring the bell to get the other person back up there. When I calmly ask for her name she finally stopped chewing her food and stomped out, the whole time talking about that damn bell. She rudely threw my items in a bag. I rudely gave her a completely dissatisfied score in the machine. She rips the paper out of the machine and gives me a half ass grin and tells me to have a nice day.
This store not only looks like a pit so do their employees! They need to clean house in multiple ways!!

We shop here out of necessity only. The store is always a mess and every employee from manager down used vulgar inappropriate language without regard.

The cashier was very polite, helpful in finding items we couldn't find and sharing information on products I was buying & his own experience pros & cons with the product i was buying with both his past & present pets he's had. Which also helped me & my family get closer to finding where we could find the breeds we were most interested in having for our family pet & protection!! Gave me a business card of the guy to get ahold of & found out I actually already knew the guy well growing up so our visit @ $ General very happy & heart warming in sum ways because my family & I looked for months trying to find the breed we wanted most after losing our last dog due to old age but didn't feel as much like home after losing him. Everyday habits from when he was still around that we found hard & painful to be able to get used to & let go. But w/ our wonderful visit & the cashier who was so caring & helpful we can now find what we've been looking for & to help fill the empty sadness in our ? & to help our kids happily heal from their 1st experience of losing our furry family friend!! MEANS ALOT! & THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Horribly understaffed. Aisles are always blocked off. Usually no one at the counter.

It has been getting worse and worse since it opened. With the lack of service at check out, waiting 10mins-30mins you could either walk out with what your getting or heck rob the place and who knows if they would even notice. The clutter is getting horrible.

Racks are always blocking aisles, staff is rude, or non existent. It was nice when it opened. Not anymore. Done going there.
