Former employee. This company will flat out lie to you, saying you will get laid off, if you want to keep your job go to 2nd shift. They don’t lay off that’s just how they get people to 2nd shift. Company does discriminate against race. I’ve seen it first hand and heard about it from another employee. Work load is very high for the amount of pay. I don’t recommend working here.
