I have gone to US Cellular in Evansville twice and both times have dealt with Nick. I am so impressed by how helpful he is. He is very knowledgeable and gets the answers you need. I appreciate how respectful he is. Definitely would recommend this store.

Logan did a great job. Walked me through my options and I was able to find a plan that worked for me as I travel back and forth from Wisconsin to Boston. Prompt calling and messaging. Didn’t even have to go into the store!

What a great experience! I'm glad that we have a US Cellular in Evansville, WI. Logan and the new associate, Natesha were incredible. They walked me though each phase of my purchase, set the phone up, transferred my info from my last phone and sent me on my way as a very happy and satisfied customer. I've been with US Cellular for over 20 years and though I've always had great interactions with the service personnel, these 2 are my favorites.

This was my third attempt to spend a thousand dollars or more on a new phone. After 10 minutes of being ignored- again- we left unhappy again. No greeting. No inquiry. No acknowledgment that we were even in the building. I've been a US Cellular customer for more than a decade, but I've been trying for 4 months to get someone to sell me a phone and they're not up to it

Great experience today at US Cellular in Evansville. Logan was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and comparing service plans. He has a thorough understanding of the products and services and worked quickly to reduce wait time. Always have an amazing experience when I come in here with phone issues. They always greet me and ask how they can help. The last time all the apps on my phone were crashing and I thought I lost important photos and video. I was certain my phone had died on me The customer service guy spent a good half hour on fixing it, and he got it to work perfectly again. They also had good advice about a more appropriate and affordable cell phone plan given my needs. Thank you guys!
