No better coffee in Door County, or for that matter, probably many other places. The place is a little janky inside, but apparently they are keeping the money “on the field”. It’s just good coffee, end to end. Fresh roasted, ground and brewed on site. A couple of observations, it looks like there is a local following, and I can’t blame them, lattes here are like world class. Do yourself a favor and buy some beans to go, or order some online to be delivered, there’s a good chance those beans were roasted not too long ago.

Roasted in-house, unique flavor. Smells like chocolate when you walk in. I had a cappuccino, tasted like 70% cacao dark chocolate. Friendly, quick service. Reasonable prices.

Was disappointed to find out that the “flash chilled” coffee was just coffee poured out of their carafe into a cup of ice. At almost double the price of a hot coffee, I could have just ordered a hot coffee and a cup of ice water and done that myself. Wish they would have been a little clearer about that, as a bunch of ice cubes slowly melting into a cup of coffee isn’t exactly what I would call “flash chilled”

It’s the only place to get coffee in the entirety of Ephraim. And it’s also one of the only businesses on the entire peninsula to not update their hours as “closed” for Labor Day weekend on Google or any social media. No note on the door either. What we thought would’ve been a nice walk from our cottage for coffee and a relax by the water turned into a 20 minute traffic jammed drive to the next town north which isn’t as quaint and comfortable as Ephraim.I wish businesses understood they can negatively affect customers without them even stepping into the store. That’s truly good hospitality to consider people go out of their way to support a business, especially in a area of the country with few resources. For example, if we knew they were closed we would’ve planned ahead bringing coffee to our rental and not planned to visit. It’s as simple as thatVery few people in Door County take pride in the craft of creating something- many of the businesses are truly touristic bare bones, meaning low quality ingredients: buying bulk corn syrup jams, green dyed pickles, and artificially flavored teas and repacking them in plastic and jars with the “farms” name on it, buying and thawing out frozen pastries instead of making their own. We were really excited to get coffee from a place that actually cares about coffee. Not a business that calls their room temperature hot brewed coffee “cold brew”They only seem to respond to negative reviews and don’t thank customers for their nice ones so perhaps it’s best we didn’t get to patronize their business all weekend. It’s amazing how quickly they responded to the previous negative review but couldn’t make a similar effort for an Instagram post or Google update. Maybe next year!

Coffee was amazing, ordered a pour over and it was easily the best coffee I had during our weekend in Door County. Vibes of the shop are really nice as well.

Great coffee shop and atmosphere! The owner is so friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is roasted on site and fresh - he knows what he’s doing with excellent equipment! We ordered a pour over and americano, both were done 10/10!

Best coffee I've tasted in my life so far. Coffee for the owners isn't just a job - it's their life hobby.

Cool vibe here and more serious coffee offerings. Not your average dark roasts and safe flavor profiles. Cold brew had a lot of acidity which I liked but others may not.
