Excellent service all around. I stopped in without an appointment—had some issues while traveling—and the owner basically stopped what he was doing, put my car on his lift, and in about 15 minutes everything was good to go and he refused to charge me. Very generous and kind person and he really helped my vacation get off to a great start. This guy is “good people”.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Stopped for gas in town. Our truck would not start after that. Dale came out right away and diagnosed it was the starter. He towed our truck and had a new starter in before 9am the next morning. He even called a motel for us to stay the night. I would highly recommend! Great guy to work with!

I was traveling through with a load of ducks to bring to butcher and the radiator hose blew off my truck. The mechanic quickly fixed it for me and I was on my way. Super friendly and very skilled service. Highly recommend!

While leaving Portage and heading back home to Stevens Point, my tire blew out. It was 4:00pm, & with the temporary tire on, I planned to go to Walmart for new permanent tires. Walmart seemed like the best option considering they say they are open until 7:00pm… with little luck, Walmart said they could not help me due to the shop being closed since no one was working there today. I pulled off in Endeavor & called McDaniels. I wasn’t too sure that I could get the help I needed since they were closing at 5:00pm, but Dale answered the phone and he was so helpful. I wish I would’ve called them first! Although they didn’t have any new tires in the shop, they had some gently used tires that were put on my car, with extremely reasonable pricing. Dale was honest with what he was doing and Megan helped to make me feel comfortable. I have never had something like this happen before, so it was a stressful situation for me. Dale even checked my oil while I was there! It may be cliche to say, but if I could give them 10 stars, I would! Dale and Megan are the definition of “there truly are still good & kind people in this world!”Services: Tyres

We broke down at the gas station up the road from the shop. Got Dale's number. He didn't have to help us as the shop was not even open but he did. Replaced the alternator for us. We were able to check out the town and he was done in less time than he quoted us. I am very grateful that he helped us and was super kind and helpful. He even gave us sodas for the road when we left! Thank you Dale! Without your help we would have been stranded.
