Actually take the time to figure out what could be wrong instead of just wanting to replace everything immediately. They even went and towed my truck from a bad mechanic shop to theirs even though it was quite far away. Also very reasonable prices in the quotes they gave for possible needed repairs. “I can’t say enough about the service we receive by Rusty. He is so detailed with the work he does and communicates everything, including pictures. We found him in July 2023 and we now bring all of our vehicles to him that need work. Very trustworthy guy and keeps it real. His prices are also very reasonable. He is not a fan of working with extended warranties because he would rather be working on vehicles than sitting on the phone, sending emails, faxes, etc. Will definitely continue to use his services!Services: General repairs & maintenance”

I went to get a headlight assembly put in after hitting a deer and he was kind enough to make it all look at lot nicer. “If I could give 10 stars I would. This has been the best experience I've had with a mechanic by far! Moises is such a kind soul, and really went out of his way to take care of me and make sure I was at ease and my vehicle was running well.
I had a coolant leak under my car, and because I needed to drive out of town later that day, Moises cleared time to see me right away and fix the problem. He was careful to listen to my issues, to look through the vehicle with me, to show me and walk me through the exact issues that were going on. He quickly fixed my leak (water pump and radiator fan) for a reasonable price, and sent me on my way. I had a couple concerns following the service, and Moises was great with answering my questions, and fixing the one issue that I had, at no cost.
This is some of the best service I've had, and I feel like I can actually trust this shop and the people running it. Thank you!!”
“This man was a Godsend. I hit something in the middle of the road at 8:15 on a Friday night- almost 3 hours from home, with my grandma in the car. Called AAA and 2 tow companies, all who said I was SOL. Tag shows up and changes my spare. He was concerned about us driving so far on a donut. Brought us to his shop and, by some miracle had the exact tire I needed. Saved my transmission, saved us so much time and money and hassle. Thanks to him, our journey was able to continue on. We made it home safe. Very reasonably priced and an extremely knowledgeable man.”

“I recently picked up a TYM/Branson 2023 2515R from Fox Valley Truck and I couldn't be happier with the tractor or the service from the dealer. I asked a TON of questions in the weeks leading up to committing to the purchase and Elliot answered every question I had VERY thoroughly, friendly, and without delay! He was even answering emails outside of business hours! Not only this but they gave me THE VERY BEST DEAL out of any dealer I found in the quad state area, delivered it 6 hours away (in Northern Minnesota) on time and without a scratch, and they exhibited knowledge and friendliness I haven't experienced at any dealer in recent memory. “Matt has personally saved my ? tbox vehicle from the scrapyard at reasonable prices and time-frames so many times, it's not even worth counting! It doesn't feel worth it to take my vehicle anywhere else. He doesn't sugarcoat the problems it has, nor jack up the repair rates just because he can. Probably the most honest and straightforward mechanic I've ever been to/heard about. Give him a try! He usually offers repairs at different cost levels depending on what you need out of it, but he'll be upfront about how long such a repair would last. It might take a week to get in but trust me that it's WORTH IT! He's busy, like any mechanic at his level should be. Thank you Matt! Hopefully you can keep saving my old girl from the scrapheap!”

“I noticed a grinding noise coming from my brakes and was looking to get them fixed ASAP. I called Autoselect, having never been there before, and they got me in at noon and out by 4:30. They called after inspecting my brakes and told me only my back brakes needed replacing. $430 later, which was a very fair price after calling my regular mechanic, and I was safely on the road again. I will definitely use them again for service. As a first time customer, I could not have been more impressed by their friendliness, service, and quality of work.
