Awful service! Does the staff speak to each other??As a physician and a previous customer I suggest you avoid this store and all Walgreens. In the process of this fiasco, I called the main office in Deerfield. They assured me my copay would be refunded.During my return visit yesterday "No one knew a thing about it.", they said. "Call the manager and come when she is here."No thank you. I have been to my last Walgreens!

I've been going to this Walgreensfor years and this is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacies that you could ever go to. I physically. Physically brought in a prescription and dropped it off. When I dropped it off they told me that it was going to take longer than 30 minutes. I made a joke and said no worries. That's fine. I'll spare you and come back a little bit later. I came back an hour and a half later only to be told that they were out of stock of the item I needed. No call, no text, nothing. Just a big waste of my time when I could have dropped it off to another Walgreens if I would have known that it was out of stock. The lady told me to sit so she could call around to other pharmacies but instead went through a line of several people before calling in my prescription. Mind you I told her I had my dog in the car and I also asked for a status update and I did not receive that status update. I had to get up again and ask her if she called around after the big rush. She told me no and then made me wait even longer while my dog was in the car. At that point we have a line behind us which of course could have been avoided if she would have addressed my issue and concern in the beginning and if the Walgreens would have been smart enough to tell me that they were out of stock before telling me to come back. End rant. Myra was the lady who told me to sit while she called around but then proceeded to help others while I waited. They are so very lucky that it was called out. Otherwise I would be having a conniption fit if I left my dog in the car and she did not give a care in the world about any of that while the pharmacy made a mistake in the first place to even have me come back. This is also the closest Walgreens to my house and I will make sure that they will not be getting any of my money ever again

Poor service. Spouse took in script from dentist with instructions to take first dose as quickly as it was filled. Tech or pharmacist was snotty about when it would be filled. Unfortunately, that was several hours and an additional call from his dentist's office to get the script filled. That led to a second prescription, same drug, same med, being filled. Wonder how long it will take them to figure out we are not claiming it. I don't care what the staff thinks about their current working conditions. It is not the customer's problem. It is Walgreen's and their staff's problem. I'd give zero stars if this app would allow.

I'd like to give a better review here. I can't though. This has to be one of the most ridiculously designed parking lots I've ever entered into. Especially at a Walgreens. You better be "on your game" backing out of any space! And, near the horrendously super busy traffic intersection, W. Bluemound Rd. intersection at Moorland Rd. The store's ok. Prescriptions are NOT ready, most of the time. Especially confusing is this Walgreen's app, pre-pay express bar code you must save and scan when arriving at the store. Trouble is, where's the in store express lane you ask? Anyway, you can almost always count on waiting even if when your doctor’s office phone's it in ahead of time. Their excuse is the message is in their voicemail and they haven't checked it yet. Sure. They're so slow filling them. Or, their common one theme is this. That with even refills still remaining is that the prescription is too early to refill! Really?! One day or two too early? Idiots. I'd rather go to other nearby Walgreens or a CVS. They're a very close in location for us. Recommending to avoid them here. Like the most awful, cranky pharmacy people and the "could care less about you", attitude. The lousy customer services these days is so common.

Short staffed with high turnover, like most Walgreens. Staff at any level isn't very well trained in basic manners, instead they spout scripted statements with twisted syntax and grammar.

The location is great. I needed to grab a few items while I was headed to a meeting. I was able to stop at this Walgreens location and get everything I needed. This Walgreens location is a life saver! It is near Brookfield Square mall and the highway. Their product selection is great. The employees were nice. I totally recommend.

Here at the Walgreens on JFK in NLR, AR, the store manager is a horrible person. I waited 2 hours to get through to the pharmacy so I called the store manager to see what the adjusted hours were for this location. He didn't want to help, but when he finally did, he kept me waiting a long time. The phone hung up, I called back the person picked up the phone but never greeted me. Instead I could hear her check people out at the register for about 20 mins. I hung up and called back the lady act like she didn't know who I was, she cut me off and put the manager on the phone, then he told me they close for lunch and then close at 4pm. I followed my gut feeling and can to the pharmacy anyway. The pharmacist said they did not close at lunch, but will close at 11pm. Patients need help with assistance at the pharmacy and customers need help in and on the phone with Walgreens store. The way the manager of the store lied to me is very unprofessional and has no customer service skills needed to do the job of managing the store. This incident happened on 1/20/2022 at 1:30pm.

I have ordered over 101 photo projects online. Each year I order calendars the large ones which you have to pay shipping costs on. This year they mailed my 86-year-old mother in laws calendar to us FULL of someone else's child. It literally was the wrong calendar. So, I chatted with Walgreens the best they can do is resend it and HOPEFULLY it will be here before Christmas. Well, they literally just lost ALL my business. I KNOW they could have offered to expedite the order, but I guess now I know I am not doing any more business with this company; I will be going to Meijer. This is wrong in every sense that Walgreens will not go above and beyond for their customers.

Clean. Friendly service most of the time. Lately the pharmacy staff has not been very friendly. Short and actually rude and unhelpful.

I had wished I could rave about our Elm Grove neighborhood Walgreen's customer and pharmacy's service here. However, I can't. First of all, this parking lot's ridiculous in navigating in and out. The pharmacy's slower in filling prescriptions and their communications with patient/customers is lacking in clarity. Doctor's call in prescriptions and you still wait. If you try calling this Walgreen's Pharmacy, forget it. You most likely will NOT talk to anyone, as it'll go to their voicemail. You'll have to answer a litany of questions prior to getting your prescription. How many things are needed to verify your identity? Just show them a driver's license. Geez. The main store feels cluttered, slower in checking out and lacking assistance when you need it. What a hassle of an experience.
