Best post office around!!! Staff is always friendly, packages get checked in right away. As a small business owner, knowing your packages are in good hands is so important!! I feel 100% confident that the Elm Grove post office will always see my packages off with care!!!

I had such a wonderful experience with the staff at this post office that I will never go to any other post office ever again! I went to 3 different post offices beforehand trying to figure out how to mail my wedding invites (they were a unique size and also non-machinable), and grew frustrated quickly with the lack of consistent answers from other post offices. Finally took a visit to Elm Grove Post Office and immediately was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. I got the answers I needed, not to mention multiple people congratulated me- which took me off guard because after all the frustration leading up to that point, I forgot this was supposed to be a happy time in the wedding process. Can't thank this place enough!!!

In my 30 years I have never really shipped anything big. Well today I had to ship a larger box that was priority mail and they didn’t have a box that really fit. Jon who was working was incredibly friendly and kind! He helped me figure out a solution without getting even the tiniest bit annoyed with my bone head mistake. Jon you are what customer service should be everywhere - kind, friendly, genuine, and smiling through a dumb situation! BE LIKE JON!

It’s Friday the 13th. I just wanted to take a moment to thank the many service providers that we have in our community that work every day getting our laundry, sending out our packages, filling the grocery store shelves, and the wonderful ladies at the Elm Grove Post Office.
I have been going into Elm Grove post office for years. I have been so impressed with how terrific those ladies are. How fast they are, and how they always seem to have a smile and a friendly greeting. Just a shout out to a great - well run post office. If you’re in the neighborhood stop and see what I am talking about. You’ll be impressed with these ladies who they are in a very tiny and small post office….but don’t confuse tiny space with tiny service.

This place blows. Every single time I go in the staff tell me a different thing so I end up coming back 3 times before actually getting something done. Not sure if it’s the postal system in general or this location but it’s exhausting and I’m so sick of it.

My wife had a troubling experience while in the process shipping information to change her name on her passport. The customer service rep/clerk was rude and very disrespectful considering all she had to do was mail the passport information regardless of what she thought the process was. I’d recommend to retrain that employee as she doesn’t understand how to treat people regardless of what she’s going through in her personal life. Working for the government shouldn’t give you a reason to treat people this way… P.S I also work for the government.Dated: 12/29/23.
