This place blows. Every single time I go in the staff tell me a different thing so I end up coming back 3 times before actually getting something done. Not sure if it’s the postal system in general or this location but it’s exhausting and I’m so sick of it.

My wife had a troubling experience while in the process shipping information to change her name on her passport. The customer service rep/clerk was rude and very disrespectful considering all she had to do was mail the passport information regardless of what she thought the process was. I’d recommend to retrain that employee as she doesn’t understand how to treat people regardless of what she’s going through in her personal life. Working for the government shouldn’t give you a reason to treat people this way… P.S I also work for the government.Dated: 12/29/23.

Amazing customer service - the line was very expedient, and the worker was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with my needs! I would definitely recommend this USPS if you're in the area.

Maybe one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Their cashier, who seems to be there every day, was extremely rude to me. Very condescending, no eye contact, and itching to get out of there as I stepped in around 4:45. She was very rude to other customers as well. Avoid this post office if possible.

As is always the case with post offices, the counter agents make or break the experience. The Elm Grove PO is outstanding due to the above-and-beyond service and care shown daily by the women who work there. USPS should have them train personnel at other locations.

I much prefer to ship USPS and maybe during the week it is better, but today was the last straw for me at this location. I reluctantly went to the UPS store and got it done instead. You have a line of people stretching the length of the place and one person at the desk? Come on.

I am very busy these days, needing to ship packages to New Port Richey, Florida. Our friendly and very helpful staff and manager will always take time to answer my questions concerning proper preparation with packing and route for delivery. They are so friendly, you always leave with a smile. You always get fast service. I do not dread to go to the post office as I always did in past years. I sent a large box wrapped in Christmas paper containing things from my vegetable garden for my daughter and son in law. Well, everyone at the post office named it "The Big Salad". I sent it next day. It arrived intact and my family was so happy to learn that Jill Manager personally checked on their package in route to see it arrived safety. That was a very expensive salad. Thanks, to all my helpful and kind helpers of USPS in Elm Grove, WI

This is a really nice place. The Lady who works there at the front is so help and nice. She always makes you feel welcome and takes her time to help you with all your needs and questions!
