If I could leave you negative stars I would. I have a photo that I left with my phone number saying I was home because I lived in a lock secure apartment. They tried to deliver three times now the driver wrote on the slip that I did not answer I got no phone call. I have spent three days I have talked to people at UPS all overseas, dozens of times one telling me different things. I still haven’t gotten my package. This has been going on for a week. Your company is a joke of the highest order. I can see why you don’t have a phone number for your local office because you would be inundated with angry customers you should all be ashamed of yourself. I am going to do everything in my power to let as many people know about the horrible customer service.

"Lost" an expensive sound system. No updates, should have arrived more than a week ago. I'm sure it's in a UPS employee's living room as I type this.

These guys are always friendly and efficient. Wait times are minimal, even during peak seasons. I’ve been to several Customer Centers but these guys are the best.

Terrible!!!The drivers never knock and not ringing the bell, just leave the notice without the date, time and location of the store.Not possible to understand from which store.I tried to get my package 3 times at the UPS Customer service in Elm Grove but not successful. When I tried to discuss this issue with a supervisor I was surprised badly! I saw black women with red-back hair , who did not have bage with her name.This rude woman started to scream to me and told go out from the store instead to try to resolve the problem with my package. She refused to tell me her name.So mad, rude , not professional person like she just spoil the company name.Who gets her this position. She is not on the right place to work! It's shame!!! Do not have a desire even to come in at that store! Could not find any professional supervisor for this position? That worse for the company!

I’ve never had any issues with getting my packages. Now all of a sudden, it’s saying the address is wrong. My home address isn’t wrong, and I see the driver literally driving in circles. There needs to be a way to correct this problem. No one ever returned my called as stated. Even when I spoke with MULTIPLE reps they verified it as the correct address. Yet, the site still shows it as incorrect. On top of this already stressed situation. With each rep, it was EXTREMELY hard to understand what they were saying. They also, refused to listen, instead they continued to talk over me. I asked for a supervisor countless times. Poor customer service, I’m pissed to the max I even stated to each rep, I’ll come pick my package up. They made that unnecessarily difficult. I’m Still trying not to be rude, AT LEAST be kind enough, and make sure you guys have individuals on the phone, customers can understand what they are saying. Now what am I supposed to do? Who’s going to refund me the money I spent? Usually, the ups workers get out of the truck to look for the address. However, to put the address is incorrect is pure CRAP. I purposely didn’t give any stars because this is really crazy. However, It wouldn’t let me post this, so I had to give 1 star. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!!!

Worst delivery service out the there! Thier tracking system is terrible and not accurate. Took off of work cause it said my package would be here. Been watching the tracking. Ever showed up. It's a delicate item. I don't want it just thrown outside. I would never ship one thing through this company. Trying to get ahold of a person is impossible.

They now charge $10 to deliver on different day and then never come. No possibility to release from signature. Also $6 for me to drive there and do their job. Awful.

Drivers are lazy and will leave packages outside - in an unsecured area of an apartment building rather than deliver to each door. I would NOT ship anything with them and I strongly recommend to vendors that they not ship anything to me via UPS. When they do and I don't receive it I just have them send it over. I don't care if they take the cost out of the drivers paycheck. If it continues I just don't shop with that vendor anymore.
I will not spend my money and have you treat me with less than "customer satisfaction".☺️

I've had a scheduled delivery for Tuesday, tracked delivery and results showed out for delivery from Elm Grove all day with no delivery. Delivery was rescheduled for next day Wednesday (yesterday) tracking Again showed out for delivery I even was able to follow the drivers route/location they remained in my area for hours never called me, never texted or left a note for attempted delivery. I still have yet to be contacted by anyone from UPS, I just would like my delivery and it not be sent back all because the communication from UPS was not given to me.

UPS had come by the house and tried to deliver a signature required package, but I was not available before the last return date. I was able to stop by and reschedule before the item was returned.GREAT JOB!

Have by far the worst delivery drivers ever, they don’t attempt to deliver packages that require a signature. No knock or doorbell nothing at all, and the center assures you that the driver will attempt another delivery towards the end of the day. LIE. By far the worst UPS experience I’ve ever had.
