“My husband and I just had to mail out a phone that we were trading in. There were a lot of workers this Saturday morning and the three staff that we worked with were very fast, efficient, and most importantly respectful. The first staff, we paid for bubble wrap and asked to borrow a scissor. She gave us one to use without making us feel bad for asking. The second staff helped us because she saw that we were going to use a box that did not allow shipping phones in. She grabbed the correct package for us and helped us pack up our phone. The third staff was the cashier for when we had to pay for the package and drop off the mail. She was also fast in helping us check out. All ladies were very respectful and respect and kindness goes a long way. We really appreciate it.”

LOVE coming here and am always humbled by the reminder of how genuinely nice everyone is at MF anytime I have to stop at another location. All postal workers put in EXHAUSTING and long days for us all, so I get why they might be burned out by the time the rest of us are starting our days... but everyone at the Menomonee Falls branch is amazing at greeting you with a smile and cheerily assisting you. “Yesterday a young man delivered a package from Temu to my neighbor that I thought belonged to me because he looked directly at my house before he walked across the street with the orange bag. To my surprise there where two young ladies passing by and they burst out laughing, they could see my silhouette in the front door. My package was already on my porch in the corner. “I completely understand all the bad reviews for the last minute closings at random times during the day. That's happened to me, too. So they get a star knocked off for not being able to manage staffing levels. But the staff that work at the counter are really amazing. Be a regular customer there and they will know you. I have a PO Box there and they grab my packages for me to pick up when they see me come in the door so I don't have to wait if there's a line. I had a big mail shipment that didn't have quite the right postage on it and they noticed before it went out and called me so I could come in and fix it. They really are great to their customers.”
“I have always received courteous and quick-as-possible service at this branch. The problems in service usually come from customers/people who aren't prepared prior to getting to the counter, or who basically don't know how to handle their own affairs, so these customers stand there with their heads up their own asses clogging up the line for those of us who do have our business in order.”

The package had been passed around to multiple offices because there was a glitch with the barcode and this delayed delivery by a week. He offered a solution that got my package to it's location the next day.”
“Everyone that works here that I've met had a absolutely GREAT PERSONALITY, and talk to me as if we've been friends for years. There's only 1 Lady who works Up Front at the Customer Service Counter, that is way too picky and serious. She will never laugh. Our Apartment Building gets Prestamped Envelopes from our Landlord to pay Rent, and if the Date on the Stamped Envelope isn't the same exact day. This Lady makes me Pay for a Stamp to put on this envelope, and I'm Permanently Disabled and it's not like I can afford to buy a Stamp for a PreStamped Envelope!!! This Lady, I think, has some kind of MENTAL PROBLEM WITH BEING FRIENDLY TO THE PUBLIC, because I will tell a Joke, and everyone in the Post Office will laugh except for this 1 Lady. I don't know what her Name is, but I'm thinking that it's ,"FLORENCE." Besides dealing with her, this Post Office is 5+ STARS , and I recommend it to anyone that asks me. There's 1 Man, who will go way out of his way to make sure that you're happy, or you have gotten exactly what you went there for. I'm 95% Positive that this A+ EMPLOYEE'S NAME IS ,"JAMES!!" It's Employees like JAMES that makes any Company GREAT, and this Post Office should be TOTALLY GRATEFUL THAT THEY HAVE ,"JAMES", WORKING FOR THEIR COMPANY!!! Employees like this make people like going into the Post Office, and it's AWESOME WHEN YOU WALK INTO THE POST OFFICE, and SOMEONE SAYS HI _ _ _ _ , because he will remember your Name. THANK YOU JAMES FOR ALL YOUR YEARS OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT SOMEONE COULD ASK FOR!!!! So people know. I never knew ,"JAMES", before I started going to this Post Office!!!”
“This is why usps is not profitable. I have ordered this product multiple times and it was delivered by UPS, Amazon, and FedEx with no issues. DO YOUR JOB! UPDATE: USPS delivered the package later in the day. I understand that there can be miscommunication issues between Amazon and USPS. Thanks USPS for delivering my package.”
