Dr. Harry and his staff was absolutely amazing! From the scheduling of the appointment until the appointment day! I was elated to have a team of professionals who actually care and showed compassion for me and my condition! Just amazing and I am so grateful!

The whole staff here was extremely helpful! Dr Harry made sure to address all my concerns for my vision, and Leah made the frame selection super easy by asking me questions before my exam and had a selection of frames ready for when I came out to work with her

We are very pleased with the quality of service here and the products that they offer. We will definitely be back . Both Jennifer’s were very accommodating with my exchanges in my eye wear and it was 3 times each time for 3 different pair but they never lost their patience and wanted me to be completely satisfied. Dr Harry also does a thorough exam which from my experience many do not . Great place to get your eyes checked and to get your products !

I went to the location in Elm Grove, WI. Dr. Harry was helpful and informative. He asked meaningful questions and answered all of mine. Jennifer helped me with glasses selection and was very patient with me. She answered all my questions and was professional and pleasant. I give great marks to all the staff for making me feel welcome and valued. Excellent job!

Dr. Harry and his staff went out of their way to help me feel less anxious about an eye issue I was very concerned about. They could hear the worry in my voice when I called and made an appointment for me as soon as possible! When I got there everyone was kind and reassuring. You only have one set of eyes. I am thrilled to have Dr. Harry’s experience and his staff to rely on.

Very bluntly rude and direct. 5 women walking back n fourth laughing n giggling about...no one offered me shades even though I had my eye diluted twice........... And whispering amoungst each other n gossiping manner while I was the only person n the lobby. Was rude and unprofessional told a price and disrespectfully answered when I asked why was my bill so high when the cashier never once mentioned the price. Yet I patiently waited with a beautiful smile. I heldback my disgrunt because I didn't want this ordeal to shape my day but this was unexpected and crazy experience. I thought Elm Grove was a beautiful city. I should of felt better about spending 150 on transitions. Even though they acted like they never saw a sleepy parent(was running on 0 hrs of sleep) I was there before my 7am appointment. Made me wait n cold and avoided eye contact while i stood in the cold for about 5 Minutes the front desk can be more professional and not so laid back. And not ignore there patient that was 10 minutes early waiting in the cold.#supportblackautismparents

In September, 2022, I went to a optical office that is in the same office suite as my Opthalmologist. I purchased was fitted for new lenses in my sunglasses and everyday glasses.The lenses were a disaster and made me dizzy. This optical office was not helpful in solving the problem and I did not get a refund on the lenses. They claimed they were correct.I have seen Dr. Harry for many years. I went to him at his MyEyeDr office and he checked to make sure my prescription was correct. He made improvements in the bi-focal prescription.Jennifer, who is an optician in his office, was amazing. She showed me how low the bifocals were placed in the original two pairs of glasses I purchased elsewhere. She methodically made the correct measurements and I picked up my new glasses about a week and a half later.I have been wearing my glasses for three months and I am very pleased with them. Jennifer did an amazing job and she calmed a very panicked patient.

Tried to have an exam here. When I called to say that I was running 5 minutes late, they told me the doctor was running double appointments and offered to reschedule. What a joke. Poor customer service times two.

I bought a year ago glasses from the Elm Grove MyEyeDr. It took almost 2 months to get delivered. And after spending almost $900 for frames and lenses, after only 6 months one of the lenses started to etch. It was small at first and I could not understand why that would happen, especially since I use the special eye spray when cleaning the lenses. This week when I went to my optometrist for my annual exam my left eye (the one with the bad lens) dramatically affected the eye exam that was performed with my glasses on. The optometrist told me that etching on the left lens was causing the poor performance on the exam, as my eyes without glasses had not changed from the previous year. The optometrist told me the etching was the result of a bad film application.So when my wife called MyEyeDr after the appointment she asked the person that answered the phone, if Oakley has a warranty on the glasses. She told my wife there are no warranties on the Oakley glasses. My wife asked to speak to a manager who proceeded to tell her that she had called Oakley before taking the call and that Oakley does not warranty their glasses.She said she could replace the 1 lens for around $400.The manager clearly lied that she called Oakley, because later in the conversation she mentioned that Oakley only makes the frames not the lenses.The customer service when getting these glasses was terrible and when there was clearly a defective special coating put on the lenses they would not back their product. She also told my wife that the lenses were made in-house at their own facility.She offered no solution to the poor production of the lens and repeated a number of times she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do.Buyer beware, going to this establishment, because unless everything is perfect you will not receive ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE after paying almost $900 for a pair of glasses.Now that I posted this honest review it will be interesting to see if there is a response. I am guessing it will be another sorry but there is nothing we can do. I just bought a new iPad for less than what these glasses cost and I’m pretty sure the customer service is better at Apple.

Before My Eye Dr replaced Signature Eyecare in Elm grove we were very happy customers. Then my husband and I purchased glasses there to the tune of almost $1600 last year. His glasses took over two months to receive and we made many many attempts to find out the problem, and expedite this, to no avail. Now one lens in his glasses has a funny scratch pattern that his Opthamologist has said is a defective finish on the lens. When we called about warranty information for this, we were told that we didn't purchase the one-year warranty package for $30 that would enable us to have one lens replaced. So in less than a year's time , we were told there is no recourse to having this issue resolved. This is extremely poor customer service, we don't remember being offered a warranty plan, why would you need one when you spend that kind of money for glasses? Don't waste your money. This is a company with terrible customer service.
