I went to Jilly's today to get my van washed. I paid for the $14 wash + $3 salt buster. The machines stopped twice while I was on the belt. It sprayed my van with soap, everything turned off, and then it sent me forward into the dryers. It had soap all over, so I went inside, and the man working explained that the driver behind me forgot to put the car in neutral, so that's why they had to turn everything off. I told him the 2nd set of water sprayers was off, but he said that everything needed to restart, and that's why the van was still soapy. He sent me around again.
The second time through, it went much smoother, but the same 2nd set of misting sprayers was still off. The van still had soap, but I wasn't going to wait in the 15-minute line for a 3rd time.

My recent visit to this car wash left me thoroughly dissatisfied. To begin with, my truck was covered in snow prior to the wash, and disappointingly, it remained covered in snow after. When I approached the staff and requested a rewash, I was met with a dismissive response, stating that their service is a car wash, not a snow removal business. It would have been far more considerate if this crucial piece of information had been communicated to me before I made the purchase. I additionally paid extra for the “ ice breaker” service, and there is still a lot of ice buildup on the bottom of my truck.
I expressed that I have two other vehicles that I do pay for a monthly service which I will now be canceling.
Customer service is paramount in any business, and the dismissive attitude displayed during this encounter has guaranteed that I will not be returning to this car wash or gas station.

Does every cashier need to be wearing earbuds? The last I stop in, the cashier was on her phone, carrying on a conversation on her phone on speaker. Time at work, is to work. Not socializing on the phone where the customer can hear the entire conversation. I even had to ask for a bag after purchasing multiple times.

Place is terrible since they sold to corperate Chinese greedy big brother!Washes are overpriced and bad.It’s like the right side of the car does not exist?Chris is the only employee worth anything there.It’s a revolving door of u nsupervised kids working there.

One of the two men working the tunnel acts like a spoiled little boy. I will not be returning again, and I suggest others find another car wash to patronize.Wednesday 6/14 around 1:30pm

I came here just to stop and grab some beverages. I was pleasantly surprised! This place is amazingly clean inside with a wide variety of options. The prices are reasonable. There is even a mini candy store for the kids!Best part? The welcoming smiles and great customer service service. ??????

This used to be such a good car wash. I’ve lived in elm grove for over 20 years and this was always my go to. I have the monthly plan. BUT, the last few visits the entire operation has gone down hill quickly. Not enough attention to detail anymore. Recently usually only one person in the bay and just going through minimal motions. Only spray 1/2 of the car and poorly at that. Wheel brush, no more, foaming brush no more..attention to bugs , no longer. I went in to ask for the manager and was told “I don’t know where he is.. I think he’s on break”. Probably hiding more like it.There were more than enough employees wandering around. Actually two trying to sell the monthly plan… why couldn’t they help in the wash? I’m just going to chalk it up to yet another business that has lost their way. I mean you have the employees, teach them how to work and about customer service.Consider my monthly cancelled.

First time here. There was some confusion getting my car through. Then, an off-shift attendant saw what happened and took charge to get me back through correctly this time. Due primarily to his actions, I will be back and I recommend Jill's for your car washes.

I have to say i love this place when I don't go inside, the customer service is pretty horrible. It's not everybody it's a couple of them that make it bad. The morning crew through the week is pretty good, a couple older guys.The young people that work here omg, don't have an customer service bone in there body. I went inside for the first time in a while bought an drink went to the cash register and the guy who was suppose to be help me out totally ignored me. It seems to be that he was applying for a job on the phone lol. The other worker there that was stocking some stuff in the back room had to come out and help me out and apologize for this guy. So when I was leaving, the guy decided to get off the phone and decided to help a older gentleman who happens to be White JUST SAYING.

Avoid! Use a touchless wash! This wash tore off the mirror cover of a brand new vehicle! Owner took zero responsibility. See other reports here and NextDoor with dozens of other similar problems. The “no responsibility for…” signs are exculpatory and mean nothing when the wash damages something. Know your rights.

Don't sign up for auto draft if you move they won't cancel your plan
