“Been here a few times to look at some furniture and found a couch set that would work, but I wanted to save up a little more money before buying that one. So I was in and out a few times, but The employees were not pushy at all and that was great. Super helpful all the way through. But when I came back to buy the one I wanted, there was another one that was way more fitting for what we needed. It was a little more expensive but I was able to save up enough to get the one that I really liked. We had it delivered and everything was super smooth, the couch is so comfortable and my family loves it. Actually, it brought us closer together. Great positive experience all the way through.”
“I had an exceptional experience with my Lovesac purchase and Angie at the Mayfair showroom made it even better! The website is a little difficult to navigate and there is a lot to learn when buying this couch. The showroom has all of the tools and samples to explain everything you need to know. I would highly recommend making a trip to a showroom - sometimes the discount in store is even better than online! Assembling the couch was also really easy, all of the information is readily available. It takes a while because there are a lot of steps, but it’s so worth it! Lovesac is selling a great product and it comes with an excellent customer experience as well.”

“Much better than bobs furniture, where they use third party delivery who don’t even want to install your furniture. Friendly kind and up front. We got two beds for the kids it took a little longer than we thought but we also did change the order and they were really nice about doing so. Decent furniture decent price and friendly staff, smaller store much better than bigger box stores for bedroom stuff it seems. Would recommended going here and trying it out when shopping around.
