Not for senior dogs! My toy poodle had good grooming experiences here for a few years. She developed some minor warts on her back when she was 14 and they nicked them during grooming causing bleeding and scabs. When I mentioned it (Nicely), they blocked us and wouldn't return our phone calls.

The ladies are the best!!! Have a puppy mill dog that I adopted at at 5-1/2 years old. Worked with her patiently to give her a spa day and have continued to work with her for 3 years. They are so patient & awesome.Thanks ladies!!

I just moved to the area. I need an appt on short notice and they fit both of my frenchies in for baths. They were kind, professional and did a great job their service. I will be back. And I recommend.

Dropped off our dog, made aware he has some anxiety (sweet golden retriever). Called halfway through appointment to check on him, said "he's fine" annoyingly. Picked him up and he was trembling. Get him home and his ears had dried blood and a bunch of little cuts all over him. They said NOTHING to us at pick up, just that he has a lot of energy. I would not take your dog here, especially if you are a new client or have a pet who needs some extra attention/patience!

We have had our dog groomed there for a few years BUT they have gotten to be so demanding and restrictive on what they can do that we will no longer use their services. VERY hard to deal with. Big time attitudes going on here.
