Do not bank here! BMO has terrible customer service and holds on checks are 7 business days so that you have no access to your funds. Every rep tells you different days your money will be available. Go anywhere else.

Very Bad service!!!!I deposited a check and I called to see if the deposit posted the customer service rep told me the check was been investigated. I received a email stating the check was processed and approved. I called again to make sure the funds were available.I was put on hold over 20 minutes and the call was disconnected. No one at BMO called back so I called back asked for a manager she got on the phone and said I need to go to a branch. At this point allbranches are closed.My frustration is the very first person I talked to should have told me I needed to go the branch.

I had only wished that the annoying things like when I travel out of this country could vanish. I verbally notify the bank that I’ll be traveling, so not to get shut out of my BMO Premier World ATM debit card linked with my bank accounts for MC purchases and withdrawing cash overseas. I also have used my app’s controls to prevent the embarrassment at the merchant. It still happens. Looking at me like a deadbeat. Now I have to make an int’l phone call with the time differences in play. You really don’t get any appreciable interest on your accounts anymore anyway, so what’s the point? This bank for me is just a supplement to my regular investment “house” accounts. Secondly, is the BMO ATM here is often out of service when I needed cash over the weekend. And, they’ve taken out their coin counting machine. At least U.S. Bank across on the street corner has done that for me. Free of any charges. The luster of banks has been lost years ago in customer services, period.

Cudos to a teller who read a fraud alert on our business account, called the police and the man got arrested for cashing several fraudulent checks. Without this action it could have been a lot worse for us. Thanks!

Started working with Nate and Mark here at BMO to be my official financial advisors. Really happy with the communication and transparency and honesty. I ask a lot of annoying questions too and they always are able to answer them in a manner that a novice like me can understand.

I have been banking at this branch in Elm Grove since my paper route days in the 70s. Their patient, friendly service hasn't changed a bit in all those years, and that's a very good thing.

This is the best BMO branch that I have worked with. Everyone is and absolute pleasure to work with. I was told about this branch after having years of terrible service at the HWY 100 location. This branch always has plenty of tellers on hand to help you get in and out quickly. This branch really goes above and beyond.

I have banked at several BMO Harris locations and this one is WAY above any other I've visited. People are so friendly and accommodating and the service ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. Monica is the most informed and easy-to-understand employee I've ever run into there. What a keeper!

I have had accounts open with this bank for about 10 years, and everyone I have worked with at this branch has been very polite and helpful. I never feel like I'm being "used" to get money from and I have never been spoken to in a condescending way. I moved about 20 minutes away from this bank and started going to a new branch where I have multiple times been spoken to in a really disrespectful way. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to come to this branch then drive the (literal) 1 minute it takes to get to the one close to me.
Plus, this branch sometimes has fresh baked cookies in the morning. How can you not love that?
