Absolute scammer. Had my vehicle towed there a couple years ago and called to ask them to look at it. Didn't hear anything for two days and when I called Bill said he did $900 worth of work. I never got an estimate or authorized any work. When I pointed that out Bill said he would just take the part out but I didn't want him to touch my vehicle again. The part was a $200 part and Bill said it was the standard markup with labor. Here it is a couple years later, have the same issue and despite inflation etc.. it's over $300 cheaper at a reputable place. Don't go here, he's shady and a cheat.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't say enough good things about this place. Bill truly cares about your vehicle and having it done right. I needed snow tires and he had them ordered and put on by the next afternoon and figured out a couple problems other places couldn't or didn't care to try and figure out. Top shelf!

Fantastic shop with great employees. Stopped in to check on my truck and one of the techs (Not even the one working on my truck) showed me what was going on and was great to talk to. I've been very happy with the service and quality of work over the last year since I moved to Ellsworth. Their pricing is fair, and they have always treated my vehicles with respect. I like that they look over the car carefully and identify the issues that need fixing. I brought in my wife's car for an oil change, and they noted that the headlights were very hazy. I hadn't even noticed. I had them resurface the lights, and WOW what a difference. Any time they identify a bigger ticket repair that needs doing, they call and get permission. The small stuff they just fix, and charge a VERY reasonable rate.
