My Comfort lift chair motor went out. My wife and I went to Reeds for help even though it was not purchased there. The salesman was so kind. He gave us the phone number of the repair man and we called him and it over a month for him to replace the motor. I tried out a new chair and we bought it. They gave us an excellent price on the new chair and delivered it that same day. I am handicapped and we really appreciated the awesome customer service! Moral of the story is buy local when you can!

As usual, working with Jim and Reed Furniture was a great experience. My wife and I walked in and was greeted by Jim on the floor. He showed us all of the possibilities for our fold out couch along with the different upholstery options. He said it could be ordered and delivered within 3-4 weeks, and he was spot on. The delivery team was punctual, quick and considerate (even had to remove a door to not damage the walls). There are many online options now of course, but the personal touch is much nicer than receiving two big boxes from Fedex that say "some assembly required" and a chiropractor appointment quickly thereafter. Highly recommend Jim and the team at Reed.

First time visiting Reed Furniture and we are so glad we did. We found some great deals and got free delivery & pickup within the week. After delivery, we realized we did not like our couch selection. Called Jim back and to our surprise, we were able to exchange for a different couch with no issues! Love this place and so glad we did not go to a big-box furniture store. We will be back!

This was my first time in this store. It is not a Slumberland or other big box furniture store - but THAT is what makes it great!! Every piece felt unique, and the quality of the furniture was far superior to that of other stores. Highly recommend if looking for superb pieces for your home. Staff was fantastic as well! Let you browse without hovering over you.

Website has been updated greatly in recent years, but no prices makes it difficult to compare shop. But as I live locally, and am physically disabled, they are great, with delivery and assembly.
