“This is a "Piece of Heaven". You will not find a more peaceful place to get up close to the animals. It is privately owned and operated. The animals are well cared for, I would say loved but "Spoiled" is a more accurate word. A must see, to truly appreciate animals. It is run by volunteers who are committed to these animal's hook, line and sinker. An incredible way to spend an afternoon and enjoy God's gifts. The exotic animals have come from horrific situations and live a safe, peaceful life and are looked after by people who respect, love and are committed to their well-being. “Pet Pals has been around for a long time! By generation operated. I no longer live in Delavan but always we purchased our birds from them and that was at least 25yrs ago I believe because I moved out of state in 2000, and I purchased My Macaw in the mid late 90's. Very Mom and Pop not commercial and help with your pets needs and knowledgeable in fish and reptiles and birds!”

“Petco was great. I was picking up crickets for a client I dogsit for who also has a gecko. Can you imagine a rabbit dog sitting? It's true! Anyway, I was tasked with putting the poor little crickets to their deaths. Petco, always a fave for obvious reasons, was more than helpful and friendly and xI would definitely recommend their Lake Geneva location! RIP crickets☹️”

“The owners have been so gentle, friendly, and enthusiastic with all 3 of our dogs, and even found a more comfortable way for our old, arthritic dog to be groomed. They’re so fast to respond to make appointments, and very flexible. They have Made in Wisconsin dog food in every variety, treats, toys, leashes, dog CBD, dog scarves made by locals, all at the best prices anywhere. They have so many dogs of their own, they appreciate a good value and want to pass that on to their clients. They are so friendly and happy, I always wish I could stay and chat the day away with them. They are the nicest, friendliest, helpful, caring people, and I’ve fully entrusted every aspect of dog care to them. They’re so honest and knowledgeable.”
