Just picked up a new load trail goosneck from them today. DeeDee took the time to answer all my questions and make sure the trailer was setup the way I needed it to be. By far the best and easiest trailer buying experience I've ever had. Well worth the extra drive passed a "discount volume" dealer.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Traveling from Texas and we broke a leaf spring. Staff knew the exact part we needed and had it in stock. Goodrich got us back on the road in minutes. Great service!

I agree with many on here who say it felt like you were wasting their time!! My $3000 purchase should be just as important as a $30,000 one. My husband jokingly said my wife isnt leaving here without a t-shirt, there was a quick snappy reply if you BUY one of those you can, meaning an expensive horse trailer. Definitely cater more toward the rich horse people. Its sad, its a $20 shirt(maybe) and free advertising, instead I get a postcard that says enter to win a $50 giftcard ??♀️ Word of mouth goes a long way now a days. Will my negative review hurt their business not in the least but would I recommend someone go there NO!I didn't leave feeling appreciated at all for purchasing from their company.

My wife and I purchased a new SMC stock load horse trailer from goodrich and there staff were awesome to work with and talk to! We have done business with a few others and found goodrich to be the best.

Reasonable prices and plenty of stock. We showed up 15 min to close and the sales person was very nice and answered our questions without rushing us. She had a deep knowledge of trailers and gave very good advise without trying to upsell. We left happy. Will be back to buy again.

Woman on phone very rude. I told her I wanted buy a brand new trailer of at least $3,000 I just needed to have a receiver put on my car and will pay whatever that cause she said they're too busy. ? Ok bye. ?

Great company to work with. Had a couple issues with the trailer from the manufacture. They immediately contacted Stealth and got it resolved. Parts department is also top notch and well stocked. I'm a contractor and replace my tool trailer every few years and I will definitely be going back for my next one.

Bought a new trailer a year and a half ago. Roof line is sagging due to poor craftsmanship and Goodrich will not help with anything. Please don't buy these trailers, they are garbage throw away models. I've only used my trailer 1 time and now I have to eat the cost of this problem.
