“If you're dealing with Bill or Sean you're in the best hands ever! Every time I've had to do business with them I know my vehicle is in great hands and I will get amazing customer service. They great you with a smile and make you feel extremely welcomed/comfortable. They always make sure you are kept informed about what is going on and if there are changes to the charges as well. Nate who is apparently the manager isn't the same, he is the reason why I give a 4 star rating rather than 5. The way he treats customers is off putting.”
“Perfect experience, as always. I was a walk-in (no appointment) and was greeted in the parking lot by a gentleman named Spence. Both he and my service tech Jace (sp?) gave me updates while my vehicle was being serviced and I was in and out quickly. FREE tire rotation and balance since I purchased the tires at DT. :) Thanks so much to the Janesville staff. ALWAYS so professional and courteous, and the showroom was super clean with open WiFi for me to get some work done. Happy customer!!”

“Cannot thank CTR enough!! My truck broke down on the interstate 1500km from home at the end of a Friday. It blew a transmission line and was not able to drive. With very short notice CTR was able to diagnose a solution and repair the truck right away. The Tech even stayed late to get us back on the road, thank you for a quick and cost effective solution that was able to get us back home to Canada!! CTR is knowledgeable and skillful to handle any of your auto repair needs.

“Very nice people. I was home visiting my mom from Phoenix and my rental car had a tire go flat. I figured there was a nail in it so I took it to them to see if it could be fixed to try to prevent me from having to take the rental all the way back to Madison and switch it out. They found that it was on the sidewalk and there were two of them so it could not be fixed but they were very kind and put the spare tire on for me so I could get to Madison safely and switch the rental car out. Very kind and my mom is now going to start taking her car there because of it. As a business owner myself, I appreciate small businesses that go above and beyond and are just honest.”
