had a stone chip repair with this company, and the repaired spot started to crack out in less than 2 months. Called back for help, the lady answered the my call was kind rude once she heared that there was a problem with their work, and kept saying this happens in less than 1%. And she said they would not refund the money, unless i replace the whole window with their company. The whole thing sounds like a scam. The size of the stone chip was really small, less than 1/8 inch. I did not expect that their work did not even last for 2 months. I chose this company because of their online reviews and reasonable price. I will not choose this company to replace my window, even through this means that they will not refund the money i payed for repairing the stone chip.

Highly recommended. They worked with my insurance company and got things going in the right direction. All I had to do was answer some questions and pay my deductible. They accect online payments for. They came to my residence to replace my windshield while I was at work.

2024 Honda CRV Hybrid 670 miles 10/23 A rock from a dump truck , no mud flaps ......left me with a cracked W/S. I'm picky when it comes to my stuff, Glassworks treated my car with respect and received it back from W/S replacement in perfect condition........appears the installer was very qualified.......Thank You.
