Don't waste your time here go anywhere else. The customer service is horrible. We waited over 1/2 hour for vaccines after making an appointment a week ahead of time and when I complained about it the pharmacist kevin trampe said " do you want the Vaccine or not"He was rude condescending and never apologized. The counter staff was not much better. The former owners would be mortified. I will never go there again, not ever!

Love this pharmacy! Excellent customer service, always friendly, always professional. They have been very helpful in our obtaining medical supplies and they deliver!

Every time we use this pharmacy there is an issue, staff is not personable, and they seem to not care whether you get your medication or not.

Worst pharmacy ever! My mom continously does not receive her meds that are to be auto-refilled monthly with a CC on file. How much easier does it get? You have the order, money and instructions! I have called over 20 times! Walmart wins again!

Best pharmacy ever. Always have our items in stock. Staff is the most friendly of any business around. Wife and I both switched to here from Walgreens and don't regret it one bit.

I've filled my prescriptions at other bigger corporations before, but no one does it like Edgerton Pharmacy does. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, and often goes the extra mile for me. The store is beautiful inside with lots of changing products to select from, and it's very organized and a treat to come in whenever I have to stop in for something.

Just love how slow the service it. Have to sit in driver thru forever. Don't understand why it always takes so long! I might as well drive to Janesville to get my prescription might be faster
