If I could rate this unit a 0 star I would!! Do not rent from this guy!! He told us it was a nice and dry unit and we ended up losing 4 twin size mattresses, a brand new king size mattress, our huge living room sectional, dining room table, and too much to list!! In the winter it was 4 inches deep in ICE froze to the slab! Come spring it was completely full of MOLD!! In the below pictures you can see how far up the water went on the mattress! After the fact he told us he needed this to happen one more year so that he could sue the people he hired to excavate his property!! Horrible horrible service and good luck getting ahold of him!!!

Great price compared to other units nearby. Close to Stratford and convenient. Clean, quiet location. Owner easy to reach, good experience all around.
