We have taken all 3 of our dogs to Country Hills for wellness, illness, chronic condition, and injury care. They have been with us through puppyhood, senior care, and end of life decisions. Can’t imagine finding a more compassionate staff. We have trusted Dr. Thompson with all of our furry family members because his knowledge, skill, and communication are first rate. We travel over an hour to get to the clinic because we can’t imagine letting anyone else care for our pets.

I just took my puppy for her first visit here and we had the best experience! The staff was super friendly, helpful, and informative. You can tell they genuinely care. They made our first visit easy and enjoyable. I’m glad we chose Country Hills!

Fantastic clinic! Dr. Mark was very kind and our dog loved him! Clinic has separate doors into the building and rooms for cat and dog appointments! When we arrived we were brought right into a room. No needing to wait with other pets up front! Staff was caring as well!

Moved to the area in January. Called to schedule my dog as new patient. Appointment was scheduled for May. Got a call in March stating that provider was leaving but I could schedule with them in Waupun, which is a long distance from where I live. Discussed staying at Eden location and appointment was rescheduled with Dr Thompson for same day. Got a call today, one week before the appointment, and was told it was canceled since Dr isn’t accepting new patients. Explained to them my dog is overdue on vaccines already and needs to get in, they offered me an appointment in JUNE. Now my dog is already overdue for his vaccines and I need to find another provider, who I likely won’t get into for a few months. If this provider isn’t accepting new patients then I should have been told that in March. Very disappointed.

I only have good things to say , Dr. Thompson and staff were very kind and caring, went there for over 25 years and our little Annie didn’t seem to care , walked right in just like home, no pulling back. Today was our first visit at Eden Country Hills Pet Hospital to get our 2 cats established for lifetime Veterinarian care. I was absolutely impressed from the minute I arrived in the parking lot. Our experience was great! Dr. Moenk and his technician Francesca were fantastic! Very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate and we never felt that our visit was rushed. I would very highly recommend them!

I have known Dr. Mark for years. We started to bring our cat to him with urinary and kidney issues. He helped to resolve and treat both. Unfortunately this last time he could not help her and we had to put her down. He and the staff were so very compassionate with us. Thanks Dr. Mark!

Dr. Thompson saved my dog and he is a very good vet. I like all the receptionists and technicians. Great place to take your animal.
