“Service quality is excellent, and pricing is fair. No qualms there.
However, upon my wife picking up our vehicle from service, she walked into them talking about the smell of the interior.
Which, yes, is unpleasant, but requires context.
(In short, we're a poor family, and can't afford to get it detailed but NEED a functioning vehicle that won't get pulled over)
So while the service is good, jugdemental attitudes towards your vehicle may be encountered. For a small town, that's not a good business practice.
Wife may not necessarily be willing to return for future service.”

“I locked my key in my vehicle. It was cold, I called Irvington and a young man showed up and helped me gracefully and kindly. He wasn't going to charge me because he said he was on his way home anyway. I wish I remembered his name. These are good people. I highly recommend using their services”
“Brought in a car that 5 other mechanics in the area couldn't fix , had an estimate from another shop that said We needed a 2400 dollar timing belt . These guys said all it needed was a distributor , was repaired for 1/4 what others wanted and haven't had a problem since . We now take all our vehicals to them .Very honest and trustworthy which is impossible these days ! These guys aren't out to get rich more to help their customers . “Zack and the crew pulled off another FLAWLESS repair on my wifes Volkswagen Tiguan after she unfortunately hit a deer!! She dropped the car off on Monday and picked it up on Friday and the car looks better than it did when she bought it!!
